Going to the art of the wind to see a very interesting exhibition "One Man on a Desert Island - another form of life continuation" originated from the whale fall, but also some expansion. [Exhibition content] The poster of this exhibition has a feeling of writing casually on the foggy glass on rainy days, and the picture has raised some three-dimensional small water beads. And there are many small water tanks in front of the window, which contain various ancient marine life fossils, shells, ores and some common things in life. In the middle of the exhibition hall is a sculpture of the artist Zhou Wedge-shaped mountains, hanging above the work of the Greek mathematician and astronomer Clodith Ptolemy: “When I gaze at the stars, I am no longer a mortal who will die.” Yin Yue's work "Causal • Breeding" is a small elephant that is only bred in the placenta and is suspended in the air, which is impressive. The layout of the entire exhibition hall is based on the theme of each artist's work, from the birth of life to the meaning of thinking about death, you can find many clues to understand. Each work also has other works corresponding to it. It can take hundreds of years for a whale to fall from death into the deep sea and eventually to be completely decomposed. These centuries have changed the environment and biological population distribution of its location, and even affected the evolution of new species. Life and death, the two most basic but inverse timelines are always intertwined. The works of the fourteen artists in the exhibition are all about understanding the meaning of life transformation from their own unique perspectives, and will present many bright and novel works. Every life is in a “desert island” and every “desert island” is a living body.

The first time I went to Yifeng Art to see the current reality of iglass2021. The exhibition was jointly curated by Michael Rogers and Inguna Audere, and featured ten groups of 12 artists, which will be extended until August 28. [Exhibition content] The theme of this iglass exhibition coincides with a worldwide epidemic that has disintegrated our understanding and experience of many normal phenomena, and continues to affect all aspects of our current life. Everyone's reality has changed dramatically, and the name "reality" is coming from this. Since last year, when the world was in a special period, curators have sought artists from around the world who can accept the challenge of creating works for the exhibition, and discussed "current reality" together. The exhibition eventually gathered almost all of the works of 12 artists from the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, China, Japan and Korea, which were completed during this special period. Curators expect to include artists from different countries around the world as much as possible, incorporate more diverse and clever expressions and focus on the audience, trying to present the unique and novel face of international contemporary glass art. [Post-Viewing] The artists who participated in the exhibition came from different countries, each affected by a fairly different cultural environment, but they all responded to the theme of "current reality" and expressed a commonality in different ways. Each piece represents a unique voice that reflects the artist’s insight into the heart, mind and soul.

Huifeng is a space focused on international glass art exhibitions, there have been very wonderful exhibitions, but with the rise of Beihaoden, Almin Lehi, Risen Huqiu Road 27 three-piece set, gradually weakening, see people write less and less. Several times in a row, I feel flat, but because it is located in the middle of the three-piece set and the art + Shanghai gallery, the current exhibition is the current reality of iglass 2021 when planning to see the exhibition route, from the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, The 10 groups of 12 artists from Romania, China, Japan and Korea are all new works created recently and specifically for the exhibition. The curators hope that the works will not only hit the current reality, but also show in a more clever way, trying to present the unique and novel face of international contemporary glass art. I like the design of Figure 1⃣️ and 2⃣️ the most. The exhibition was attended by 18 artists, "each artist plays a person wandering the seaside, muttering in his own world. The exhibition hall displays some personal interests and deep memories of the artist's private life through 18 playback devices. Through this presentation, we may see the artist's very life-oriented side, the interesting soul hidden behind the work. "Next to each exhibit, there is a noise-proof headset 🎧 to explain the meaning of the exhibits, although it is a bit unhygienic from the perspective of epidemic prevention , but this practice is really intimate and rare, can let us better understand the work 👍🏻.

In June, the art of the wind will usher in this year's first exhibition "Hopefully after the moon falls, tomorrow's desert island is a clear morning". The three-person exhibition, curated by Zhang Shu, will feature 43 prints from each period of the young artist Dong Shi, and seven installations by the young artist Zhang Shu for the exhibition. The wall of the exhibition will also present the poems and paintings created by Li Zhenhua and Dong Shi in handwritten form. This exhibition gives me the feeling of OK, although I don't understand it too much, but I feel a harmonious and unified atmosphere, it seems to feel in an isolated island, although there are other people watching the exhibition around, I still feel the cold and lonely feeling.
