Free and local! Great peaceful park with a short uphill walk to the Stupa. There was nice shaded seating to just sit and be quiet.

    Original Text

A place of prayer called a new voltex. It's a place for prayer in Tibetan Buddhism, but anyone regardless of religion is welcome. However, the guide told me that my private language is prohibited from being louder than whispering. It was a place where the weather was blessed and calm time flowed. It's not famous than the four major voltex, but that's why there aren't many people and you can relax. If you want healing, this is a recommended place.
