Enchantment Resort

#hotelreview The location is perfect! Peaceful, beautiful and serene. We were disappointed with the service at a resort in this price point. We only had wifi for a few minutes a day, as did the couples around us. Each time we called we were given the same ‘surprised’ reaction, like this was totally foreign to them. When someone was sent, it took over 2 hours to have him show up. The only was to get hiking trail information was to go to the trail house, however no maps were available, the directions were vague at best and the mileage was only miscalculated by 5 miles
