Sanming Museum

It coincided with the weekend and the National Day, the museum carried out the Red Revolution theme exhibition hall, the square broadcast "Me and My Motherland", the red flag fluttering in the square, many teachers led students to visit and study. The exhibition hall on the first floor displays the culture of Hakka ancestors, and the exhibition hall on the second floor displays the red Sanming theme culture, which is also a rare place to learn Sanming history and culture!

Established in the autumn of 1986, the new pavilion was expanded in the summer of 2004. It is located on the west bank of the scenic Shaxi River, north of the Leidong Bridge and No. 1 Lexi Street. The new pavilion was officially opened on November 20, 2012.

三明市博物馆位于三明市贵溪洋新区城市文化广场，占地面积3000平方米，建筑面积10000平方米，是综合类博物馆。有馆藏文物2300余件，其中1级文物3件，2级文物28件，3级文物985件。
