    One foot, one foot

    Original Text

This is the road from Ome Shrine (Smoke Palace) at the foot of the mountain to Shiromineji Temple. The stone stairs continue. There are wide steps along the way, so I climbed while taking a break. As I climbed the quiet mountain, there were many stone monuments, and poems by Saigyo Hoshi and Emperor Sutoku were dug. The early cherry blossoms were in bloom at the foot of the mountain.
