Dunlus Castle (Dunluce Castle) is a medieval castle in Northern Ireland that is now in ruins and is located in the Macdonald clan (Clan McDonnell). It is located on the edge of the basalt outcrop in County Antrim and can be accessed by a bridge connecting it to the mainland. The castle is steeply cliffed on both sides, a factor for early Christians and Vikings who were drawn to places that once had an early Irish fortress. The first castle, built in the 13th century in Dunluth, was the site of the Earl of Antrim until the Battle of Boone in 1690, which had deteriorated since then, with some of the buildings being used as materials for nearby buildings.

The castle is situated in between a mountain and sea. Gardens in the surrounding are also stunning. Moreover, if you like trekking, this is an ideal location.

A characteristic Norman-style castle, whether it's a train going north or a one-day tour to Giant Road, passes through this coastline building. The size of the castle is not small, and it is better preserved than the castle near Giant's Road. The prominent part of the sea makes it a great seascape.

Glenarm (meaning: Valley of the Army) is a village in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It is located on the north coast of the Northern Strait north of the town of Larne, with a Glenarm castle in the centre of the village. On the north coast of the village of Glennham lies an Irish church of St Patrick's, surrounded by a cemetery.

The small castle in the county of Antrim, Northern Ireland, stretches out to the sea on a long, narrow limestone corner, about 5 km from Balikasle to Baringtoi. The name Kinbane means “white head,” which refers to the white limestone standing on the small castle. Konrad MacDonald (Colla MacDonnell) built a two-story small castle here in 1547 with a large courtyard with a trace of other architecture. In 1551, during a military expedition to MacDonald, the castle was surrounded by British troops. In 1555, the British army again besieged the castle, which was partially destroyed by artillery, and then rebuilt, but only a few hundred years later with a slight architectural disability.

I went to the scene and wrote that the ticket has been sold out today, so I must buy the ticket in advance on Trip.com. There are a lot of people, the weather is very good, not cold or hot, Jay Chou's MV is also shot here 🎬

Although Hillsborough is not a beautiful castle, it is more like a lovely manor. It is beautiful inside and especially like the living room, there is a beautiful piano with pictures of the entire royal family. There are even two foxes seen while walking in the garden, there are many sky trees inside.

It is a neglected ruin with no lights on the site to walk through the gates and look around. Many famous artists have painted the castle, which is surprisingly small by the huge power station on the other side of Larn Lowe. But free to visit, the photo at sunset is beautiful.
