There is a small stone monument which indicates the site of Association of Banks in Osaka. There is no other explanation, and so nobody pays attention to it.

There is a small stone monument beside the Oriental Ceramic Museum in Nakanoshima near Naniwabashi Station. There is no information board, and the details are unknown, but it seems to be the meeting place of the Bank of Osaka and the Osaka Banking Association before. Now it is a museum and a walking course on Nakanoshima.

It is planted along the road in front of the Oriental Ceramic Museum in Nakanoshima, so you may miss it. The meeting of leading banks in Osaka began in the Meiji era, and now it is renamed the Osaka Banking Association and survives in another place.

It was a monument of the Osaka Bank Meeting Hall, which was located in the museum until 1878 (1878) ～ Until 1966, and it was probably a meeting hall that was active for the development of Osaka at that time.
