Big きく, Qili な Front and Back to the Cemetery
Original Text
A projection that suddenly appeared when walking in a residential area while walking around the site of the Nishino railway lunch line. This kind of tumulus is often thick with trees 々 and you can't understand the shape unless you are an aerial photograph, but there is no tree 々 here, and you can see the shape well by climbing the tumulus itself from the side. The rear circle is higher than the front part. You can see Mt. Ibuki in the west and the factory in the north.
It is a beautiful front and rear burial mound where you can clearly see the shape. I am impressed that the surrounding area is a residential area and remained in a beautiful shape.
It is said to be the largest burial mound in Gifu Prefecture. It was interesting to see the shape of the all-round rear burial mound and the arrangement of haniwa in an easy-to-understand manner.
It is a front-rear burial mound that can grasp the whole image.

It was a front-and-rear burial mound at the end of the 4th century and the length of the mound was 150m, so it is quite large. It is said to be the largest in Gifu Prefecture. This tumulus is also allowed to climb and is not covered with trees 々 so you can see the whole.
I searched for the surroundings by car to see this tumulus, but I couldn't find a parking lot. Right in front of the tumulus, there is a place where nearly 20 cars can be parked, which is displayed as the former Hayano residence seminar house, which seems to be owned by Gifu University. However, the empty parking lot is locked and cannot be entered for those who want to visit the burial mound. Isn't Gifu University a university operated by taxes? Taxpayers seem to be not allowed to use this parking lot even in a short time. Slight tiger ...
