Ningbo Museum of Art

I went to Ningbo Art Museum this morning and took bus 13 to the Old Bund Station and got off diagonally opposite. I made an appointment one day in advance and scanned the code directly to enter the museum. The Shengshi Xiudian exhibition is great. Young volunteers will explain at 10 o'clock. The young lady who explained the knowledge level is very high, the voice is clear, and the explanation is very in place, so that I don't know painting and I admired an art feast.

The original site of Ningbo Art Museum is the passenger terminal of the ship terminal. It officially opened on October 11, 2005. The designer of Ningbo Art Museum is Wang Qian, the first Chinese winner of the Pritzker Architecture Award. As an aesthetic symbol of the millennium ancient city, like the old Bund where it is located, it has an artistic atmosphere that belongs to the port. Its construction area is 23,000 square meters. The scale is second only to the China Art Museum in Beijing.

The Ningbo Art Museum is a work from the same designer as the Ningbo Museum hidden in the streets of the old Bund, but the pond at the door is now building roads. The exhibition area is not very large. Many are for artists.

The day before, when I went to the old Bund for a stroll, I passed by the Ningbo Art Museum. I thought it should be a good place to experience the appearance. I made an appointment with Ningbo Art Museum full of expectations. I thought about going to Taoye. I didn't think about it. It may be that I didn't catch up with the good time. I went in for 30 minutes and finished browsing. Only one museum was opened, and the doors of other museums were closed. Originally wanted to see the series of Dunhuang exhibition, it may be over or the time is wrong, very disappointed. Only represents personal feelings. In short, although the content is a bit small and a bit "deep", it is recommended to cultivate it.
