It is a public cultural facility quite close to Morioka Station. There is a library, etc., and I think it plays a central role in the city.

    Indispensable facilities

The good thing about Aina is convenience. There is a space to rest and there is also a free WIFI service. Next is public art. It is decorated with Morioka dogs of Michi Nara, Sphinx on Wind Day of Katsura Funakoshi and Electronics Tree of Piotr Kovalsky in Poland. It feels good to sit here and rest. It seems that special exhibitions are often held. There are also libraries and cafes. It's easy to get close to the station, so it's a good idea to use it when you're tired.

    there's a iwate prefectural library.

    Original Text

Public facilities related to Iwate Prefecture are mainly occupied. 8 It is a floor. It is a glass-enclosed building. I don't think it's a public facility. Next to MALIOS, it is across the road. 3 There was a comprehensive guide on the floor, and there were objects like trees. You can go up to each floor by escalator. Driver's license center, passport center, prefectural activity exchange center, etc. are occupied. It seems that there are conference rooms, galleries, and halls as rental facilities. Also, 3 4 Rock ... on the floor
