Mesa Verde National Park

Mesa Verde National Park is a national park in the United States specially established to protect man-made buildings. It is located between the Montezuma Valley and the Mancos Valley in southwestern Colorado, United States. There are more than 4,000 ruins here. The main attractions include the cliff palace, Spruce tree house, cliff palace, etc. Mesa Verde National Park features well-preserved cliff dwellings, steep canyons, rugged, narrow mountain roads and beautiful deserts. Such a place, supported by history and roaming with souls, naturally has its spirit, which makes people moved. This particular park is home to well-preserved ancient Ancestral Puebloan dwellings. For more than 100 years, these residential ruins have attracted people who like to explore this ancient culture. These adobe buildings are firmly embedded in the high cliffs and can only be seen by raising the neck, which is really amazing. When visiting Mesa Verde, these cliff dwellings can only be accessed by climbing a ladder, and park rangers will explain the daily life of the ancient Pueblo people. In addition to guided tours, there are hiking, bird watching, stargazing and (in winter) cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
