Don't be afraid (even if you're older and overweight)
Full disclosure: I'm 5"1' and 195 pounds, and my husband is 6' and 275 pounds. We're not athletes, and we found out after the tour that we actually had Covid (ugh! sorry to my fellow tour members). So...
