Beiyao Mosque

The Beiyao Mosque was donated by Ma Pengfei and built with funds raised by the Muslims. In 1915, 5 main halls were built, which are brick and wood structures and Xieshan-style tile houses; in 1916, they were expanded to cover roll sheds, lecture halls, water houses, south houses, gates, Zouma Gate Towers, and eight-shaped screen walls. During the religious reform in 1958, the monastery was one of the four mosques in the Beiyao and station areas. Rebuilt in 1989. The new worship hall is an Arabic-style double-storey building. The upper layer is the main hall of worship, and the lower layer is the men's and women's bathing rooms, the reception room, and the small worship hall.
