Rusheng Earth Building

Go to Longyan for a business trip, and go to Yongding Tulou by the way. There are many earth buildings in this scenic spot, and there are round squares. The Rusheng Building is the smallest of the earth buildings. It is a earth-made round building. It is opposite Fuyu Building across the stream. This building is small because it is small. Many people call it "pocket earth building". The building was built in 1901, the owner is surnamed Lin, there are three floors, each floor has 16 rooms, including granary, dining room, kitchen, and a well.

The structure and function of the earth building fully meet the special needs of this smallholder economy. The building has wells, kitchens, warehousing, bedrooms, grain processing rooms, firewood rooms, pig and cattle houses, toilets and other facilities. The whole family enjoys the joy of family reunion for generations while getting basic life security.

The owner of the building, Lin Gaolin, originally lacked housing, and then had a dream: a round of red sun fell here, he thought that the building was good, so he tried his best to raise funds, and it took three years to build this smallest round building. The name "like rising" has a deeper meaning - like the sun rises, bright years

如升楼，洪坑里最有特色的土楼。如升楼在洪坑景区最里面，从如升楼门口就要往回走了。从远处看，如升楼就是个袖珍的小楼，这里也确实是土楼群里最小的所在。麻雀虽小五脏俱全，如升楼里面也有各种房间，住户也不少呢！

“如升楼”的牌匾傍边的泥土都快掉下来了 所以还蛮特别的。小巧玲珑的 非常值得一看，蹭别人家的导游，那导游说如升楼是最小的土楼，确实感觉非常迷你，别有一番别样的感觉。当然，小巧玲楼的她跟对岸那两座看起来非常巨大的“光裕楼”和“富裕楼”行程了强烈的对比。里头非常别致，亦是土楼文化村较著名的土楼之一，值得一逛的。

如升楼坐落在福建省永定区湖坑镇洪坑村北部，与福裕楼隔洪川溪相望。俗称米升楼，因规模形状如同旧时民间计量大米、谷子的竹制器皿（俗称米升），故名。清光绪年间(1875-1908年)建，林氏民居。坐东朝西，单环，土木结构，高3层，直径23米。每层16开间，内通廊式。底层为厨房、餐厅，不开窗；二层不开窗，设粮仓，三层为卧室。全楼只设一门，楼门、门厅与后厅（祖堂）同在中轴线上。楼内天井中有一口水井。两面坡瓦屋顶，穿斗、抬梁混合式木构架。
