Baima Longtan Temple has a history of hundreds of years. According to the introduction, the temple was built in Qianlong, and the temple we see now was rebuilt in the Guangxu years. It is also more than 100 years old. It is at the foot of the Lion Rock, not far from the exit of the ancient city. This is the place where Lijiang literati and ink guests gathered. There are many ancient temples in China, and there are many insides everywhere, similar to the same. Due to the tight time, I didn't go in and watch the flowers carefully. I visited the outside.

Baima Longtan Temple is located at the foot of the Lion Rock at the southern end of Lijiang Ancient City. It was built in Qingqianlong for 19 years. It is backed by the Lion Rock and echoes the ancient buildings on the mountain. There is a pool of Qingquan in front of the temple, the famous lion milk spring, also known as Baima Longtan. Outside the temple there are three pools made of bluestone piles, and the pool water is injected into three pools in turn, which is the three-eye well. Baima Longtan Temple is divided into two parts, the left hand side of the gate into the Han Chuan Buddhist temple, the right hand side of the gate into the Tibetan Buddhist style treasure Tianwang Palace, Baima Longtan can be seen after entering the door, early in the morning the ancient tree in the temple in the reflection of the pool is very beautiful. Baima Longtan Temple does not accept tickets, does not sell incense candles, there is no legal circulation place, there are monks who practiced, and a very clean Buddhist pure land.
Built in the Qianlong period, there are temple gates, halls, chambers, terraces, pavilions and other buildings. There are three wells in the entrance. The temple buildings are built on the hills, and the scenery is still good. Generally, temples are not very welcomed to take photos, but it's okay to take a look at them. This is also the place where Lijiang literati and refined scholars once gathered.
So peaceful, so clean and so enjoying. Full of small details and many places to go in and pray or just show respect to the locals.
