Zhang Henshui is a famous novelist in the form of chapters. In his early years, he followed his father Zhang Lianyu to Lichuan and lived there for a year. The old residence is located at Nanjin Ferry, Lichuan Ming and Qing Old Street. It was built in the middle and late Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 200 years. It is a well-preserved relic of Zhang Henshui's life. The old residence is a brick-concrete and wooden building structure, covering an area of 380 square meters. The downstairs is a living reception place with a patio in the middle. The upstairs has antique bedrooms, schools, and study rooms. The old residence was built along the river, facing Xinfeng Bridge and Henggang Bridge. Sheping River and Xiongcun River merge here to form the golden waterway-Litan River. The scenery here is beautiful, condensing the aura of heaven and earth, and has become a beautiful scenery of Lichuan Ming and Qing Old Street.
