　On the north side of Kumamoto Castle, across the street from Kato Shrine, there was a Kenmondai Arboretum. Actually, this Kenmondai Arboretum. The park we visited ２０２１ Year １０ Moon was closed. 　Kato Shrine was built adjacent to the north side of Kumamoto Castle. On the north side of the road from there, there was a Kenmondai Arboretum. It is about a minute walk from Kato Shrine to Sannomaru. The park was quite large and planted with various kinds of trees and flowers 々. Especially noticeable was the weeping cherry blossoms and the moss cherry blossoms planted under them. Unfortunately, the weeping cherry blossoms were scattered, but the bright colors of the moss cherry blossoms were burnt to my eyes. Tulips, kinsenka, and pansy were also in full bloom.
