Kumamoto Flavédo - Parfaits Woven with a Sense of Unity.

'FLAVÉDO Kumamoto' is a workshop located in Kumamoto city. All of FLAVÉDO's confitures are handcrafted with care by a small team of staff at this workshop. The shop offers parfaits on a limited-time basis, sells confitures, and allows for the takeout of drinks and scones. Having come all the way to Flavédo, the sadness of missing out on my favorite peach parfait, which ended last week, was instantly blown away by the blueberry parfait. Each blueberry looked like a gem. I always thought that simplicity is best when it comes to parfaits, but when ripe berries were combined with fresh cheese, it truly turned into a cheesecake in my mouth. The bite of the roasted tea and mango parfait I had was also a mix that highlighted each other. Parfaits are a food that shines with the technique of weaving together a sense of unity.
