It is a design building by Shin Isozaki. The design and design exhibition of Mr. Nirasaki was just being held, and it was an interesting tour. The weather was nice in the park on the mountain, so the view toward Tobata was good. There is a cafe inside. It is also known as the shooting site of the movie Death Note.
