In such a landscape, time seems to stand still⏳. Drifting on a bamboo raft under the sunset with the sky and clouds, the distant mountains under the Kanas landform look like a series of ink-wash paintings🖼. 3️⃣E'quan: The water here is so clear that it seems 'as if swimming in the void with nothing to rely on', the fried fish here is cheap and delicious😋, and a bamboo raft trip around costs only 10r/person. 4️⃣Longyang Sinkhole: Not far from Chongzuo, in Baise Jingxi, hides a real-world Zelda🎮. 'The wind blows low and reveals the cattle and sheep' is visually realized here, and the round trip takes about 3 hours on foot. Bring a walking stick and water, and be prepared for sun protection😎. 5️⃣Jiuzhou Ancient Town: Known as the 'town of hydrangeas', it's largely uncommercialized. The Gulong Mountain canyon group has rich and unique tourism resources. The landscape of 'one water running through three gorges and three mountains' is known as 'a unique wonder under heaven'. The three wonders of the Gulong Cave: 'carp spouting jade', 'golden dragon spitting pearls', and 'child's kung fu pee', are breathtaking! Gulong Mountain Grand Canyon - China's most magical primitive ecological natural park. The 'Hometown of Hydrangea' and 'Birthplace of the Wa Family' - Old State, formerly known as Guishun State (now Jingxi), was located 8 kilometers from Jingxi City. Known for its strange mountains and beautiful waters, it is a microcosm of Jingxi's scenery. It integrates resources such as landscapes, historical culture, and ethnic customs, and is a nationally famous hometown of hydrangea. People blend their wisdom and emotions into these naturally perfect hydrangeas. It is the hometown of the famous anti-Japanese heroine 'Madam Wa', and has many cultural relics such as the tomb garden of Zhang Tianzong, a general under Wen Tianxiang, the ancient tombs of the Cen Tusi, and the famous Hydrangea Street, known as the 'living museum of the Zhuang people'. Quyang Lake, located 28 kilometers north of Jingxi City. The green mountains, like affectionate young girls, tenderly embrace the clear and mirror-like Quyang Lake, dressing up with abandon. One of the three famous springs in Southwest China, Goose Spring, also known as Ling Spring, now called Goose Spring Scenic Area, is the source of Asia's largest transnational waterfall - Detian Waterfall, located 6 kilometers south of Jingxi City. The water of Goose Spring never dries up throughout the seasons and is as clear as a mirror. The surrounding peaks are like screens, the countryside is like a tapestry, and the scenery is picturesque. Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty, upon learning of the spiritual beauty of the mountains and rivers here, bestowed the name 'Ling Spring Evening Glow'. Goose Spring has been known since ancient times for the touching legend of Yang's nurturing of the divine goose, and there is a saying about the Goose Spring Festival 'Goose Spring Carp Leaping Three Layers of Waves'. This year, we spent more than half a month for the first time to explore the waterfall landscapes in the karst topography of Jingxi, Guangxi. Faced with the scattered waterfalls in the area, I found these three to be the most accessible and fun to play with! 1️⃣ Gulong Mountain Grand Canyon Scenic Area Pictures 1-4: 🌟 Highlight features: Hike to the bottom of the grand canyon to look up at the Gulong Great Waterfall with a drop of 128 meters, which is very easy to take popular photos of the waterfall, and you can also experience the rare cave rafting in China! 📍 Detailed address: Xinling Village, Hurun Town, Jingxi City, Baise, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. 2️⃣ Sandie Ridge Waterfall Pictures 5-7: 🌟 Highlight features: Very scenic and free! Gulong Mountain Grand Canyon gets a 💯 from me! A must-visit for outdoor enthusiasts! The Gulong Mountain Grand Canyon is located in Jingxi, Baise, and compared to the Detian Transnational Waterfall, it's a bit more pristine. This place is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts with its combination of original forest mountain climbing➕rafting➕waterfalls➕cave exploration. Gulong Mountain is adjacent to the Tongling Grand Canyon, and it's about a one and a half hour drive from the Chongzuo Ming Shi Manor. Transportation here is not very convenient, so it's more suitable for self-driving or chartered tours. Travel recommendation: The Gulong Mountain Grand Canyon is better for an afternoon visit, as it is now the high water season (which starts in May), so the water level is higher in the afternoon, making rafting more fun. Many locals feel that the Tongling Grand Canyon is not as fun as Gulong Mountain, and since the two attractions are next to each other, Tongling has more mountain climbing which is more physically demanding and time-consuming. Gulong Mountain tickets can be purchased on the day of at the CITS Fun Border, with several types of packages available. The more commonly purchased ones are the Classic Rafting of Three Gorges and Two Caves for 218 yuan/person; and the Free Rafting of Three Gorges and Two Caves for 190 yuan/person. The difference between the two is that the classic rafting includes a guide to help paddle, while free rafting requires you to paddle yourself. If it's your first time rafting, I don't recommend doing it by yourself. First, it's physically demanding and takes about 3 hours in total; second, there are several places with rapid currents and water levels over two meters, which can easily lead to capsizing or danger; third, there are two dark limestone caves that are not easy to pass through quickly. We encountered several free-rafting tourists along the way, most of whom were physically exhausted and stopped there. The whole scenic area tour takes about 3-4 hours. First, after buying tickets, you have to walk down the mountain for about 40 minutes to the rafting starting point, which is very physically demanding! But the path is mostly through the original forest, so it's very healing and the air is excellent! Once you reach the rafting point, boats will be assigned, and the water journey takes about 1-3 hours, depending on how fast the guide paddles, it can be completed in 1 hour. After getting ashore, you will see a large waterfall, which is very high and has a strong flow, directly resembling 'a thousand feet of flying flow', which is particularly shocking! The last part is entering the limestone cave from the side of the waterfall, which is about 1km in total, and it's quite dark inside, where you can touch the stalactites and enjoy some underground adventure. Special attention needed❗❗❗ 1. The scenic area and the ticket office are very far apart. It takes a long time to walk in, and when coming out, you need to wait for the scenic area shuttle bus (included in the ticket price), which takes about 15-20 minutes. If you're not physically fit, it's not recommended, as it can be very tiring. 2. Some rafting guides may ask for tips, you can decide whether to give based on your own situation, it's not mandatory, and it's okay not to give money. 3. There are shoe covers for sale at the rafting starting point. If you're doing classic rafting, you don't need to buy them, as you won't get wet! You might consider buying a phone case, as there are places where water splashes, and there's a lot of mist near the waterfall! But remember to bargain! 4. When rafting, remember to hold onto your phone, if it falls, you won't be able to get it back!

Jingxi, Guangxi, the scenery here is no less than Guilin, it can be called a paradise. When it comes to Guangxi, the first thing that comes to mind is the landscape of Guilin, a well-known phrase 'Guilin's landscape is the best in the world' makes us full of longing for the landscape of Guilin. In fact, apart from Guilin, the landscape of Jingxi in Guangxi is not inferior at all, with peaks and forests, numerous canyons, caves, and streams. Which attractions in Jingxi are worth visiting? 1 Goose Spring Goose Spring is known as 'one of the eight scenes of Jingxi' and is one of the three famous springs in southwestern China. The scenery here is beautiful, with mountains and clear water. I declare that the best niche travel destination in Guangxi is Chongzuo, Baise, and Hechi. Although it is niche in the national context, it is no longer considered niche in Guangxi and the surrounding provinces and cities. Picture 3️⃣📍Turn right after walking a bit further up from the Paddy Field Coffee House, and after a few minutes, there will be an observation deck with a pretty good view. Regarding Detian Waterfall, there are some hotels next to the entrance of Detian Scenic Area. If you book a hotel there, you don't need to buy a scenic area sightseeing bus ticket (online purchases include sightseeing bus tickets, and tickets without sightseeing bus are only available at the window or you can ask the hotel owner to buy them for you. There is a distance from the scenic service center ticket hall to the scenic gate, and the sightseeing bus is used to cover this distance). Regarding Tongling Grand Canyon, the cost-performance ratio is quite low. The ticket is not cheap, but there is only one attraction inside, which is the waterfall shown in picture 4; next to Tongling Grand Canyon, there is also an Ancient Dragon Grand Canyon, which I have not visited and do not know much about, but I heard that there is rafting in Ancient Dragon Canyon. Regarding Goose Spring, you can enter the Goose Spring scenic area for free before and after work hours, but there are different working hours in winter and summer, and there are no lights inside the scenic area. When it gets off work, it's basically dark, so you can only enter early before work hours; you can also take a bamboo raft without buying a ticket, and the price of the bamboo raft can be bargained anyway, it's cheaper than the ticket. After taking the bamboo raft, the boatman will let you disembark inside the scenic area, so you've entered the scenic area. In the end, you get what you pay for, to enjoy Goose Spring for free, you still have to spend money there.

Although it's not as famous as Guilin, the scenery here is diverse, with fewer people and more beauty, making it an excellent choice for holiday travel! This time, we gave up Tongling Grand Canyon and chose Guiling Mountain Grand Canyon, and the result proved that this was definitely a wise decision! 📍Location: Guiling Mountain Grand Canyon 🎫Ticket: We chose the free rafting package at the time, which was priced at 190 yuan (Note: There may no longer be free rafting tickets available now, please check in advance). ⏰Time Route: About 3 hours in total: Ticket collection and queuing: about 30 minutes Descent to the rafting point: about 30 minutes Rafting experience: The whole journey is 6.8Km, which took us about 1 hour and 15 minutes Walking tour: Guiling Waterfall + Guiling Cave, about 30 minutes Additional option: Waterfall group walking route, about 40 minutes (requires extra physical strength) 📝Tour Guide: Reception area: Parking on the gravel road is more comfortable, avoiding the discomfort of sticks underfoot. The ticket area is quite chaotic, so it's advisable to plan your time in advance. Descent: Although the staff said it would take about 20 minutes, it actually took us more than half an hour. However, the original ecological scenery and the shade of the trees along the way were refreshing. Rafting waiting area: The snack shop provides water and snacks. During holidays, it's recommended to get a number before enjoying the snacks. Rafting area: Once on the boat, you'll feel that all the effort before was worth it! The natural stream water, passing through two caves, offers primitive and beautiful scenery. The water flow is moderate, suitable for slowly appreciating the landscape. Walking area: The spectacular view of Guiling Waterfall and the unique geomorphology of Guiling Cave are unforgettable. Especially the stalactites in Guiling Cave, which are varied in shape and fascinating. Waterfall group: If you have the physical strength, you can walk up the mountain to view the waterfall group, but considering the physical exertion, we chose to return by car.
