Fabulous Quinta!!
We stayed two nights at Quinta de la Rosa. The hotel is very clean with modern amenities we loved our stay. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The wine tasting and tour was great. We are both nights...
Great view from the tasting room and fantastic Port.
We were lucky as there was just me and my son on the tour. This made it very personal. The guide was very friendly - they must do this 100s of times but she was enthusiastic and answered all the quest...
Not impressed
Winery was OK, nothing special. The wines served for the tasting were average, and the pours were smaller than one would expect in the Douro.
Stunning
We spent two days in Amerla room #9. The grounds are gorgeous with amazing view of The Douro river and the vineyards Room was comfortable and spacious. Had we been during warmer weather the small pool...
