Worth the ride for the views
We did not visit the shrine. But the ride was scenic and the views from here and further on from the drop point for Manikyadhara falls were worth it.
Only the way to the peak is beatiful
You can enjoy the ride till the peak. otherwise nothing worthwhile to mention. There is no good restaurant or restrooms on the way.
