Capital Library is located on the East Third Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, on the southeast side of Warwick Bridge. Its building is designed by the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, with a 1/4 fan-shaped plan, enclosing the square, with novel and beautiful appearance. The building area of the library is 38,000 square meters. Block A and Block B are connected by corridors, with a total construction area of 94,000 square meters. The predecessor of the Capital Library was the Jingshi Branch Library, the Jingshi Popular Library, and the Book Reading Center. The first picture we see now is the new building built in 2001. The library has a collection of more than 6.5 million volumes (pieces) of various documents, with a complete range of disciplines and various document carriers, especially rare ancient books, local documents in Beijing, modern books and newspapers, audio-visual materials, and foreign books and periodicals. In addition, the museum also held various lectures, exhibitions and reports in Jincheng, attracting a large number of citizens to participate. The Capital Library adopts a self-service and intelligent service method of lending and borrowing, and provides readers with free lending of more than 1 million volumes (pieces) of open-shelf documents.
Personal favorite library in Beijing, whether it is the volume of books, reading environment, service attitude, location, I admire. With the end of the mask incident, now there is no longer a need to make an appointment to go to the Capital Library, you can enter directly. What is more surprising is that now you don't have to bring a book card to borrow a book, and you have been bound with the WeChat QR code to better help readers borrow their favorite books. It seems that the Capital Library is also advancing with the times. There are not many students in the Capital Library now, and there is a place to go and be happy. Generally speaking, a specially recommended library is welcome to read in the library together.
It is an old member of seven or eight years. I often come to borrow books and read four books a month on average. The environment is high-end and simple, but there is no sense of pomp and pomp; the staff is very thoughtful and meticulous, the attitude is good, and the request is responsive; although the type of book is not better than the national map, most of the books I like can be found; Close to home, the subway and bus are convenient; no one eats, there are people holding books and charging exams everywhere, very quiet, few people talk.
Capital Library is located in No. 88, East Third Ring Road South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, covering an area of 3.8 10,000 square meters. It was built in 2001, with more than 20 reading areas, nearly 4,000 reading seats, and more than ten professional halls such as theaters, exhibition halls, movie halls, multi-function halls and conference rooms. The library now holds more than 9.26 million volumes (pieces) of various literatures, and has a complete range of disciplines, including Beijing local literature, modern books and newspapers, audio-visual materials, and foreign documents.
Great place to study at weekends! 👍 Every day, I am busy with work, and I have enough time on weekends to satisfy my own reading fun... [Fun] The Capital Library not far from home is really a treasure trove of knowledge! And with a beautiful environment that is unparalleled at home, people calmly read and think. I really enjoyed 😎...
I didn’t have time to go in this time, just look at the appearance.
