Little Adam's Peak

this is not a challenging hike to undertake and offers great views of Ella once you reach the summit. the tea plantations on the way up are very pleasant.

The trailhead starts next to Ravana Pool Club located about 4 km to the south-east of Ella town centre. It can be easily reached by hiring a tuk-tuk. Our family took about 30 minutes to reach the peak. It is better to set out early in the morning or in the evening to avoid the scorching sun. We spent some time at the peak taking pictures while admiring the beauty of Ella.

The annual hiking trip in 2020 is dedicated to the 2243 meters altitude of the small Adam Peak in western Sri Lanka from Ella Station and along the signs on both sides of the road. We walked through the lush tea garden. The breeze was cool and the target was sunset. So we went to Ella Rock in the afternoon for about an hour. The stone overlooks the small town of Ella in the white clouds and the Ella Wellaway in a good mood. The beauty of the sunset on the little Adam Rock makes the sweat become extra meaningful. Most restaurants and inns are on a main road in the small town of Ele, and you can reach Little Adam Peak along this road. There is no difficulty at all, two hours round trip. It started as a flat road, but there was a stone step at the end, not very wide, and the encounter up and down the mountain had to be slightly staggered. Climb to the cap, suddenly open, you can see the only road from a distance.
