Follow these steps to validate your regional train ticket:
• Use the check-in link provided in your booking confirmation email. Your booking confirmation email will have a subject line of "Your ItaliaRail booking number is…".
• Once the page loads and shows you your ticket, click on the "Check In" button.
• Once the page reloads with your passenger information, click on the "Next" button.
• You will then see a confirmation message saying "Check-in complete. Enjoy your journey." This means you have successfully checked in.
