Highlights: Shimenfang was formerly known as Shimen Mountain. The Attraction includes three major scenic spots: Shimen Mountain, Taipinggu, and Tianzhu Peak, covering an area of about ten square kilometers. It was famous for its "evening glow" in ancient times and is now famous for its red leaves. It is as famous as Beijing's Xiangshan, Nanjing's Qixia Mountain, Suzhou's Tianping Mountain, and Sichuan's Moya Luo. It is one of the five major red leaf landscapes in China and the best red leaf in Qi and Lu. Shimenfang has a rich cultural heritage, numerous cliff carvings, and unique pagodas and temples. The magical natural scenery and rich cultural landscapes are integrated, making it a famous provincial scenic spot and a provincial key cultural relic protection unit.
