I booked this hotel because I like the room layout with the bathtub. The open concept design makes the room feel extra spacious. Breakfast excellent for the price paid, it’s served at the cafe or at another restaurant nearby. I enjoyed the complimentary cable car ride. You get 1 ticket for every night you stay, so you need to stay 2 nights, if you want 2 free tickets. Highly recommended hotel in sunset town. It’s also near the night market.

It was a very good stay. The bungalows are very nice, quiet, clean and spacious. If you walk around 15min you are in Hàm nim where you can found a market and street food. There are a various choice of seafood restaurants nearby. You can have the breakfast in a café 1min far from the hôtel, with the best drink and very welcoming. Highly recommand. The staff is also very nice.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach and more than ten minutes to the lively places. There is enough space, the decoration is quite new, the air conditioning is powerful and quiet. However, the hot water supply is unstable and the sound insulation is poor. You can hear sounds outside the corridor, but it is quiet at night. I can extend my stay in the same apartment on the platform for one more night, but I cannot extend my stay in the original room. I need to move to the next floor because my room has already been booked. I was wondering why the guest couldn't be arranged to stay in my room even though the guest hadn't arrived yet? I don’t have to pack my luggage and move to a new room, and the new room is the same price but missing a window😮💨

We did not stay at the hotel. We discovered the restaurant and bar as we walked along the beach. The front of the bar/restaurant sits directly in front of and two metres above the beach. Metres from the water and the view of the entire bay is unobstructed and stunning. We fell in love with the Coconut Frappe's and Cappuccino's, making the short trek up the beach every day to sit on their balcony. I don't understand how they are the only hotel to offer this spectacular start to a day. May I say to Martin and his beautiful, hospitable staff, thank you for making our morning visits so enjoyable...

The room was spacious and featured a balcony with a stunning view of the airport. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The on-site massage service at the resort was incredibly convenient, adding a touch of relaxation to the stay. A perfect combination of comfort and practicality!

The location is perfect, but you should think that breakfast is provided, so you have to have reasonable expectations. Take Vin bus 17 from the airport to the hotel and get off at Vinholiday Hotel station. It feels a bit dangerous as there are no street lights.

The receptionist was so helpful. We ordered 3 room and got the 4 free ticket for Hon Thom island. Its really worthy price for breakfast included room and free ticket. Breakfast was in other small restaurant but it was nearby. They drove us. Hotel was in good location near to night market of sunset town. You can exchange and rent a bike from this hotel. Next day we visited to the Hon thom island

I think so other reviews of this place are a little unfair. Don't go in thinking ”resort” as it does not have things you'd typically expect when booking a resort holiday. The location is very good. Situated right on the beach, down a quiet laneway. But still close to plenty of restaurants, massage parlours and convenience stores. Kim Hoa's grounds are beautiful! They have staff outside everyday taking good care of their garden and pool area. The pool is a good size and a perfect escape from the heat. You need to sign towels out from reception for use at the pool but that's no problem. We stayed in a garden bungalow. Although there was at least 1 (maybe 2) large group bookings there, the bungalow was away from all the noise. The bungalow itself was okay. Good size room and bathroom. Could use a little bit of work though. There were wires sticking out of the wall beside the bed, window could be opened but it had no flyscreen, so mosquitos would be a problem if you did. The air-conditioning worked but wasn't very powerful, the TV was only analogue channels. There was also somethings that were not provided in the room which I would normally expect; tissues, bars of soap, hooks to hang towels (only a small rack next to the sink which is a bit too small for bath towels). Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Food mostly for Asian tastes but with mostly Asian guests staying there what do you expect? The staff were friendly and the lady at the front desk spoke very good English. Yes, they keep your passports but that's fine, just remember to ask for them back when you check out. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of island and just a short walk from the vibrant night market. My room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, providing great recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Phu Quoc

The room was clean since the hotel is still new. The shower had hot water, and the drainage worked well. I didn’t want the room to be cleaned, so I informed the front desk on the first day. However, the cleaning staff came at 10 a.m. the next morning, and I had to respond. I wish there had been a ‘Do Not Disturb’ card. The cleaning only involved taking out the trash, giving bottled water and toilet paper, and occasionally changing the towels. On some days, the towels were just refolded instead of being replaced. The linens didn’t feel very clean either, so I wonder how things will be in a few years depending on the cleaning staff. For now, it’s a reasonably priced and good hotel.

Our group of 4 people should book 1 room, rent 2 motorbikes. It is calculated that less than 120k per person but has a place to sleep, there is a car to go out to Rach Gia from morning to night. The room is very large, the reception is enthusiastic. Early in the morning to go to the pier just to the road, not getting up early. this time i go to nandu,next time i go to honshan,i will also stay in kinhong.

Close to the airport, far from the beach, breakfast is a bowl of fixed powder, the decoration is relatively new, the hygiene is also relatively clean, but the price is high, not too close to the hotel

Cool hotel with beautiful territory. The staff is friendly. You need to drive to the hotel on a dirt road. It gets very wet when it rains. There was a lot of water in our room when we arrived and we were given a room with a direct view of the pool. The room is clean, but due to the dampness there is mold on the walls. There are a lot of mosquitoes here in the evening, close the doors as soon as you enter and close the window in the shower. It is very difficult to swim in the pool in the evening because of the huge number of mosquitoes. But the water in the pool is very warm. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and asked the staff to provide a menu, they said that there were only a few dishes left. We ordered rice, scrambled eggs and coffee. The rice was old and dried out, we did not eat it. The scrambled eggs were ok. But they did not have bread. They did not bring me coffee. The next morning we ordered coffee - very tasty.

Very good, live in a big bed, a small bed, three people live very well, not far from the pier, five minutes to go. Very quiet, the small hotel closes at 10 o'clock, let Ctrip contact the hotel in advance, wait for us to be more than 11 o'clock.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

After looking at a couple of places in town we were happy to stay here as the place is newer and was clean and comfortable. Nice room with a balcony and opening doors. The bathroom is basic but plenty of room. There is not much around the hotel, it seems like a new area that has t taken off. We walked to the night market that was a little sad as many stalls were empty and not many people there There are some restaurants along the waterfront along from the night market that are good We would stay again, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
