The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We highly recommend Tune Hotel for its serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

The hotel was in a convenient location near to shopping mall. The rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast was delicious but I bit disappointed when I booking the room for 3, but just get breakfast for 2. Anyway it good experience to stay.

Love the small welcome note that left in the room by the housekeeping team, small gesture but felt warmly welcomed. Keep up the good work. Room was clean and cozy, amenities sufficient, only feedback is on the room door, couldn't close on its own hence have to close it manually everytime I went out. There is this nice Kueh chap just opposite the hotel, must try! And a good bar further to the left opposite the hotel. Nice location, Good reception, second time I'm back for business trip.

Stayed at this hotel for Borneo Sonic Music Fest. Reasonably priced. Good coincidence that one of the stops for the shuttle bus service was located opposite this hotel. My room was clean & spacious. Happy that hot water worked at 1 am. I also like that there is 7 Eleven next door. Went to get milk after arriving from the music fest.

Near to waterfront..this hotel in city area..room also clean and tidy..

Firstly, I had a quality stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the check in was quick and fast. The room looks modern. The bed is comfortable. The amenities and facilities were top notch. Parking is limited. All in all, I highly recommend this property. In a nutshell, I will definitely stay again.

Generally hotel is ok, clean. Only problem is we are a family of 4 and there was only 2 sets of cups, 2 pairs of slippers. Even when we asked the cleaners for it, we were told all family units are given 2. Thankfully front desk was helpful and attended to our requests. Also the toilet choked throughout our stay and we had to call for help many times. With only 1 toilet, we had to use the toilets downstairs. Hope this can be improved. Otherwise, it’s good.

this is my genuine review. Location is superb, very near to city center, roughly about 5 mins grab ride (which usually costs about RM4.50-6). Hotel is relatively new so cleanliness is a 10/10. I got a room at level 5, hence i did not experience any noise that disrupted my sleep except honking from vehicles on the road. Do note that the hotel enforces strict rules but imo its reasonable of them to have such rules. Example are no stains to be spotted on bedsheets, else rm50 will be charged. I also like how they use smart technology here. Keyless entry to rooms, and no need to trouble yrself to call the receptionist like many other hotels. They communicate via whatsapp & i have to say their response is quite fast. I asked for an extra towel before and not long after a staff knocked to pass me one. Only thing i would suggest to improve is to not have many staffs lingering around the room for too long. Idk why eveey morning, afternoon, evening and even night, i see the housekeeping staffs outside hahaha. Also do note that there isnt any gym (i think!) and for muslim travellers, the restaurant below serves alcohol but is claimed to serve ‘halal’ food (this is common there). So if you’re like me who takes this seriously and prefer to dine at legitimately halal restaurants, do take note on this. However, there is Anuar Steamboat located about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. do try that out. Overall, i would definitely come back. Reasonably priced, great location, good cleanliness, responsive.

Customer service was excellent as the staff responded to my email queries before I had checked-in which was helpful and reassuring. Amenities and facilities (Electric kettle, Tea/Cofee, Sugar, Water bottles, Fridge, Safe, Wardrobe, Hot water in the shower and washbasin, Shampoo & soap, Clean towels, Daily cleaning, TV) are all as expected and listed in the booking confirmation. Spacious room with city view. The location is near the City Mall which is good but it is a little far from the Places of tourist interest (Museums, Waterfront, Public park, etc.) in Kuching which means you need to book a taxi ride to/from the citycentre so you need to factor this into your calculations.

Before this it was known as Dorsett Boutique Hotel. A nice hotel with eating places nearby, 7-eleven at the next row of shops from the hotel. The hotel comes with a cafe downstairs too. The hotel bed is very comfortable too. It's quiet and I can have a peaceful rest. I have a city view from my room on the 2nd floor.

I recently stayed at Ajang Hotel in Miri and had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to shopping malls, eateries, and key attractions, making it a great choice for travelers. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy environment for relaxation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and parking were a nice bonus for added convenience. While the amenities are fairly basic, they are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, Ajang Hotel is a good value-for-money option for visitors to Miri.

Excellent homestay with perfect view and amenities. Suitable for short getaways and friends gathering. Smooth check in process.

First time stay because i have course here. So comfortable, we book an apartment because bring family and kids. Affordable price. The room is large. Staff is fast respondable and friendly. There is welcome drinks here when you arrive behind the receptionist desk. Most importanly is the emart mall is nearby where you can shopping. Foodcourt nearby and a lot of store including KFC, Sugarbun, Watson, Pizza Hut even smokehouse.

quiet location, nice quaint local restaurant at site, rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom has hot water with strong pressure, towels were clean and smelled good. Parking available at site but limited & have to share with restaurant patrons as well. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Overall recommended for a cheap short stay at Miri.

I suggest the basement should reserve for the guest not only for long stay guest. It made a very inconvenient to us as no enough parking space and have to park very far away. Cleaning have to do everyday without any demand although I put notice to cleaning but no one turn up. The building a little bit noisy as the persons around like to pull the chair around

It is great hotel to stay. The bed so comfortable and lighting is great. Cozy and nice to be here. Walking distance to eatery places and shopping mall.
