This is an apartment suitable for a small family of 1-2 children. Or an adult of 2 with 1- 2 kids below 12 years of age.This is considered fully furnished soho apartment with TV,air-conditioning, washing machine, gas & cooking.Rented to one individual or one family.Not for sharing with others.We provide all the linens, towels,& necessary tissue papers.Good for short or long stay for 1-2 weeks or a month.Good for tourists who like to stay longer with budget prrice.We have special rate discount for longer stay & the rates can be negotiated. We have 2 rooms one with queen bed for 1-2 persons.We have 2 nd room with 2 mattress with pillows & liliens with air-conditioning too.So should not mind to do flooring.Not far from city centre & all the important places could be reached easily.We also can provide car rental services for the guests if booked beforehand.We provide all the cleaning materials for the period of stay.We do not provide daily cleansing services during the stay.Guests have to do their own just like their own home.Our homestay just been renovated.We welcome to all our incoming guests.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Kuching City. Cosy and friendly. Great breakfast at the Pipe. Free wifi, worth for value. Free shuttle to airport. Bicycle rental available or you can walk to Waterfront and attraction places within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Ample parking spaces available.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city. However, parking availability is limited. The hotel room is equipped with Internet TV, but the speed is too slow. There are no other viable options for viewing television in a comfortable manner.

During check in it coincided with a big group. Nobody manages the queue and my ageing parents had to wait for everyone else to check in first before our turn. The receptionist did not specify the floor where my parents, only found out later they put us at different floors, and refused to change room to the same floor for us. We're staying for 4 nights. Staff attitude is bad. Had to validate room keys everyday (receptionist never told us) and the key can only access to the room floor so created a lot of inconvenience to us. Not to mention the lift broke down on the first day with someone trapped inside and the hotel staff didn't seem to have any sense or urgency to resolve the issue. Terrible hotel with terrible front desk. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

I don't enjoy this trip. Kinda dissapointed. Personally for me Kuching is pricey as everything needs to use Grab to go certain places. Public transportation for bus is not friendly at all, rarely seen, unknown where to hop on and heading to. All my journey has to use Grab, not good for solo travelers that want to save on fare. I hesitant to come here again.
