JR長野駅からすぐの場所にあり雨天時は地下通路が使えるので傘いらずです。東急百貨店や駅ビルも隣接、すぐ隣に農協の売店もあり地元のリンゴや野菜を安く変えました。部屋は明るくて広く清潔感があり、駅前にもかかわらず静かで快適でした。朝食が品数が多く味付けもよく美味しくいただきました。全国旅行割の活用でお得に宿泊できましたが、次回も長野での宿泊ならここを選びたいと思います。

Great hotel, room was a little small but that's OK. I only booked because I couldn't get anywhere else last minute, normally I would've scrolled right past this hotel because that price tag is crazy! Sadly, I had no choice. If it was about half the price, I'd gladly consider it again.

Location is literally right infront of Shinano-Omachi station, extremely convenient. Walking distance to Delicia supermarket, Daiso etc. Food quality provided for breakfast was top notch. Onsen was clean and hot enough to enjoy! Extremely value for money and great experience!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a really clean and comfortable hotel and just a 7 minute walk from Nagano Station, a 7 minute walk to bus stop 23 for the Snow Monkey Park and close to a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also 15/20 minutes to Zenko-Ji which is a beautiful Buddhist temple and well worth visiting. We didn’t have breakfast included during our stay but other guests said that it was really good. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable with a firm mattress, a tv, toiletries and a kettle. In reception you can help yourself to teas, coffee and other toiletries for free which was helpful. The staff were really friendly and patient as we don’t speak Japanese. Our room was next to the railway line but the sound proofing was excellent and it was so quiet and we had two good nights of sleep. A comfortable and clean hotel that is conveniently located for exploring Negano.

One of the hotels I don't want to teach a few of them. I renovated the place where it was the original 々 store and was in the hotel, but I had a good sense and stayed in New York well, but I feel like I remind you of that time. The size is sufficient and the amenities are substantial. The Japanese room I stayed in also has floor heating, so comfortable and so reasonable hotel is the first time. I used it for a family trip during the spring break. There is a charge because I came by car, but I was able to park in the parking lot and go sightseeing at Matsumoto Castle and Matsumoto Station. It's a good walk course. The parking lot and the front desk 々 were all kind. The room was newly renewed so it was very clean and I was grateful that almost all the equipment I needed was available. The breakfast at Gust was delicious. I would like to stay when I visit Nagano Prefecture from now on

From the time I booked via Agoda, I had some questions for the hotel ahead of time, and they replied to every question,e.g. their luggage delivery cut-off times,etc with utmost clarity and replied promptly and frequently (compared to another hotel I booked previously). It gave me no worries that I would find the hotel I booked in perfect order when I arrived. Amenities were complete (some are available in the room but also more in the lobby area) and the room was clean. They gave us new towels every day (hanging outside my door or quickly given to me when they saw me in the hall) even if I didn't want to have maid service. They also asked me if they could do a very quick removal of trash which I appreciated. The housekeeper was also very cheerful and happy at all times :-) There's a convenience store on the ground floor, but also many other restaurants and shops around the area. the lobby is on the 5th floor and an elevator brings you up to the rooms. It's a perfect place to base ourselves especially since we were taking day trips out to Hotaka, Matsumoto, Shiojiri, and Naraijuku. All these with easy train rides from Nagano. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. They do go out of their way to make customers satisfied. The night front desk agent who was helping us with arrangements for luggage delivery didn't speak English too well, but you can see him trying his best. Between us doing google translate and his dedication to making us understand each other, we were both happy and satisfied. I would come back here to stay.

I chose this hotel in front of the station for the next day to use a car rental. It is a hotel of the Alpico Transportation Group. The receptionist is on the 2 floor. Check-in requires a machine hand input by yourself, and all payments, card keys and breakfast tickets are out of the machine. So payment is prepaid. It depends on the way of thinking whether it is troublesome or convenient. 1 person 8000 yen with breakfast. There was Wi-Fi, the room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable and there was no particular dissatisfaction. There are also restaurants and taverns in front of the station for dinner, so there is no worry.

🌈 We were SUPER THANKFUL for the EXCELLENT location 🤗 It was easy to get to the different places around Matsumoto 👏🏼 However, we were a little disappointed that the double room was a little squeezy as the floor area was small 💬 Even the double bed 🛏️ was actually too small for 2 persons 👤👤 We wanted to book the twin room but it was fully booked during our period of stay 😉 Nonetheless, the hotel was still a huge blessing to us as the location is what matters more to us 🤗 Thank you very much, Staff of Matsumoto 🏆 We enjoyed the yummylicious daily breakfast & complimentary coffee at the lobby of your hotel 🍱 ☕️

We booked through agoda.com for a reasonable price. We arrived by train and literally walked across the street to the hotel. Check-in is at 3pm and like most Japanese business hotels they are strict about not letting you in early. The staff were friendly and spoke English. We had breakfast included, either Western or Japanese. We opted for the Japanese breakfast and it was great plus you get unlimited coffee or juice. Our room was small but adequate with a double bed that was a bit hard. There is a small refrigerator and kettle. The bathroom had a tub and Toto toilet. The location is great. You can hop on the town sneaker buses that make a loop to various attractions. We opted for the 500¥ daily unlimited ticket which also gives you a discount at different venues such as the castle and art museum. There are several convenience stores nearby and plenty of restaurants. We would stay here again.

I stayed in February 2022. I used it in the maternity plan, but I was happy with the service that there were not many other services such as free cancellation fee and family bath. Design hotel space is a nice gem. It was a cold winter when we were there. The hotel feels like a warehouse converted into 2 levels. The ceiling in the toilet is not tall. One thing i liked about the hotel is the heater. It is strong and makes the room comfortable at 1 degree outside the hotel. It is about 10 mins walk from the outlet shopping mall. One advice is to finish your shopping in the outlet before the sky turns dark. Reason is because there are no lighting (pitch dark) when we were walking along the street to the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I am at karuizawa with the affordable price and comfortable room.

I will go to ski for one night in a hurry and make a reservation immediately. Stay in one room alone and 8500 yen Hotel and facilities, but if you think it is a general business hotel, it feels about 6500 yen, but I think it is a range that is convinced if you think about the location. Overall clean and clean. I tried to ask for a buffet breakfast at the time of local check-in, but when I arrived at the site, I was surprised by ”sold out”. Even if I looked at the breakfast venue the next morning, it was a little disappointing.

We stayed here for 2 nights straight from Narita. It was easy enough to navigate from the station with 2 big suitcases and 2 small children at night. It was relatively close to 2 convenience stores so we could easily stock up on supplies. We booked the family room but I was a bit disappointed that whilst there was a separate tatami area meant for the kids there was no bedding to speak of. Even pillows or blankets. So they squeezed in with us in the beds. Otherwise the room itself was nice and compact but not too cramped due to the additional tatami area. The bath tub was a nice touch and well enjoyed by the kids. The breakfast spread was small but delicious. There was a games time in the evenings where there was sometimes popcorn or other snacks and drinks available. The staff were very helpful and friendly with sightseeing options and bus schedules despite their limited English. We felt very welcomed here.

We visited Karuizawa in the winter and stayed at the Shinonome Salon. It's only about a 10 minute brisk walk from the Karuizawa shinkansen station along pavements so easy to pull your luggage along with you. The name is confusing but I guess they wanted to call their hotel a saloon but ended up spelling it like a hairdresser. Check-in was smooth and without incident. We arrived late in the evening and although only one person was on duty they did expect us. Our booking.com form was printed out ready for our check-in. There are no elevators in this hotel so you have to lug your baggage up the stairs yourself. The old man who I think is resident there tried to help but he struggled with our heavy suitcases. If you're not strong and your baggage is heavy you might want to request the bottom floor. One annoying feature of the hotel is that you cannot wear your own shoes past the lobby area. You need to switch out of your shoes and place them in the provided lockers and wear the provided slip-ons instead. Annoying but I can live with it. The rooms are small and the toilet tiny. But they are clean. No rollaways for a third person possible in this room. The two beds were small singles. I notice chips on all furniture in the room probably caused by suitcases hitting the furniture given the tight space available. While not pretty to look at it didn't take away from the cleanliness in general. The toilet has a japanese style bathtub which is deep and requires a big step over. Anyone with disabilities might find it a bit difficult. I guess the tub acts as a makeshift onsen. The room includes amenities but I recommend you bring your own soap and shampoo. Hotel amenities in Japan are micro sized and barely adequate and are just a token gesture. The room has a heater and kept the room warm but all the switches were in Japanese. I did figure out how to adjust the temperature eventually. Breakfast was good and adequate even for the largest of appetites and I recommend you include this in your stay. My android phone was able to pick up Wifi in the room but not Apple iPhones. They did say at check-in Wifi was available only in the lobby area. Overall a decent comfortable stay and will consider staying again in future.

We stayed with four people in a 2LDK room, which was very spacious. The facilities were new and very clean, and the room was well-cleaned, so we had a comfortable stay. One thing that was disappointing was that even though I had already paid in advance, they insisted that I pay on site, even when I showed them my card payment information. I paid once, but still thought something was wrong, so I inquired through the reservation site and received a refund. There may have been a lack of confirmation or some other mistake, but it would be horrifying to think that I would have paid double the amount without noticing. It was very disappointing because the room was so nice.

輕井澤JR 步行距離可到，會經過familymart 和Lawson,過河後轉右轉入小路就是。酒店周邊很靜，找吃的只有車站附近的店，Lawson 已算是最近可採購食的地方，或再向中輕井澤方向走一段路會有一間麥當勞。酒店是有年代的新式溫泉酒店，𣎴是很傳統那種，日式房間，房內有附樽裝水，有廁所，但沒浴室，房間內沒有風筒。浴場在地下，夜晚11時關，早上10時關，女浴場只得3個梳妝鏡位，人多會擁擠。所有客房在2樓，只有樓梯。有會說英語的外籍員工。酒店設施有點年份，但尚算清潔光亮，房內天花燈有遙控調較光暗，職員非常有善。我們晚上才到酒店，還沒吃飯，職員很用心的幫我們張羅到食堂用餐，食堂本來快要關門的。租單車和checkout 後放行李要另外付錢。車站也有寄物櫃，北口地下細格300 yen。可放1日。在日本連假到訪，還要較遲才找酒店，這家酒店是價錢貴得來有空間感的選擇。

I stayed here for one night with my wife and our Pomeranian. The room was a reasonable size and the facilities were standard, but the floor area was large compared to the room area, and the dog seemed comfortable without getting tired. For dinner, I ordered a course meal at the hotel's steakhouse for 6,500 yen per person, but it was beyond my expectations in terms of taste and volume. In addition to the wide variety of drinks (optional), salad (optional), soup (optional), T-bone steak, and sweets, each item is large enough to feed three people. I'm usually a small eater, but everything was delicious. Each dish was seasoned so carefully that I couldn't stop using my fork. When I checked out, the male front desk staff greeted me politely and I was able to have a very enjoyable stay. I usually visit Karuizawa for work, so next time I would like to use the hotel's conference room for a training camp with my colleagues.
