The location is very good, the front desk service is very good, free coffee and water for rest all day, oven, microwave, bowl and fork are available. The door is the bus line to various towns, to the east is the Science City (new town new building), modern shopping center, supermarket, to the north is the train station, the old town, to the south is the V31 highway connecting the airport, AP-7 is very convenient. The room and hygiene are standard. Which days did you stay? There was a flood near Valencia

The location is great - easy to get to the airport , to the centre and the port. Whichever way you are getting into Alicante it would be convenient. The check-in is easy and smooth, late checkout is good value at €10. The things I would improve is allowing single item purchases at breakfast time ( as it is they only let you have the breakfast buffet for €10 or nothing, but you can't have a croissant or a muffin on its own with your coffee. 🥴 . Also , on the facilities front I do miss a power outlet in the bathroom - it's a commonplace thing in continental Europe but never to be seen in U.K. and Ireland. For some strange reason it's missing here.

The hotel is very easy to find. The entrance hall is great for eating, reading, resting, and connecting to the Internet with your laptop. All the employees are friendly and very helpful in explaining all the details. They kept our bags when we left the rooms. The hallway and the rooms are super clean and smell very good. The bed is very comfortable. At breakfast there is everything. The coffee and fresh orange juice are very good. We will return!

Decent location within 10 minutes walk to the harbour. We booked a king bed but we’re given two small singles. It was a novelty reminiscing our teenage years in an undersized bed. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, tiled floors and 25-30 year old TV we didn’t even turn on. Efficient lift access. Front door not so sound proof with noise transferring in from other guests from hallways. AC worked fine. For the price we paid, fair and reasonable.

Cleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time. Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor. Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it. Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language. Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.

The room is small, but it is clean, affordable, the waiter is also polite, there are bakeries next to it, convenience stores, very convenient, the hotels on the beach are still very expensive and inconvenient, the hotel's breakfast is bread, no need to buy, recommend this small fish tea restaurant, very authentic, He's been living on his life these days.

Bad: the rooms are dates and not clean. The floor, bathroom were dirty (beds and towels were ok), lots of black mold in the bathroom. A tip to hotel - buy the simple toilet cleaner with clour and leave for a few minutes on mould. It will disappear. Generally the hotel is really dated, especially the bathrooms. Overall, for this price is ok. Just need to clean the bathrooms and floor much better.

We booked this hotel for its location, the fact that they offer half board or even full board and the bus stops right out side of the hotel that takes you into Valencia. We chose a superior double room and half board we also booked lunch for Christmas day at a cost of €70 for two people. We took a taxi from the airport at a cost of around €40 which was a bit expensive really but fast and friendly. When we arrived although our room wasnt ready we made use of the restaurant for some lunch which was ok. The receptionists are lovely very friendly and willing to help We got the keys to our room and I have to say Whilst the room was a good size there was nothing superior about it there was only a hanging rail for clothes no drawers ? I was wondering if they expect guests to hang their underwear up too ?? Another thing that puzzled me was the kitchen unit which has been installed ! With a sink fridge and kettle now whilst the fridge was very welcome drawers for clothing would be more useful. They provide a kettle and cups and left enough coffee and tea for one cup each we sayed for 10 days and this was only replenished once if your not going to replenish it daily I wouldnt bother leaving any!. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower but I agree with a previous reviewer that all the little plastic bottles are not very environmentaly friendly maybe an idea to install dispensers for hand soap and shower gel etc which can be re filled daily. The only thing that was amazing was the bed the mattress was great and extremely comfortable . Breakfast in the restaurant was nice and a good variety,but the evening meals in the restaurant were disappointing, the restaurant whilst attached to the hotel is really for the general public and the menu they offered was the same for the entire stay which for 9 nights there was no variety two thirds of the menu is fish which I dont eat ! The vegetarian options were unavaialable or discontinued and rice dishes only available if two people want to eat the same dish which limited my choice substantially although I enjoyed most of the food it got a bit repetitive after 4 days ! And the deserts were tiny portions served in the middle of a huge plate its not an a la carte restaurant ! We had also booked lunch for Christmas day and at € 70 for two people I was expecting great things this was unfortunately not the case the portions of each course were tiny I had ordered the pork for main which came with some mash This would have been ok but what looked like a nice plate of food turned out to be a small portion of mash with some pork bones and very little meat the only savior to the meal was the tiramisu which was delicious they did offer all tables a free plate of prawns not sure why ?!! This we declined as I dont eat fish lucky for me ! My partner ate two and I had to ask him to put the pate far away from me as the stench coming from the plate was awfull this should have sounded alarm bells needless to say late

The hotel is small but sophisticated. The room faces the street and the street view is beautiful. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is quite exquisite. The most difficult thing is that the underground parking lot is narrow and steep. If you don’t have good driving skills, don’t park there. It’s so thrilling! The service is good and they are very enthusiastic!

Breakfast was good! However, it rained every day for two days in Valencia, and I was not particularly happy by the beach, but the hotel was good value for money, but bad luck this time, I did not see the beautiful beaches of Yangguan.

As the first stop of this trip, everything is so beautiful, the navigation is completely correct and leads to the destination. Although the number of N islands on the way makes us make mistakes, it is safe to arrive.

Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay!
