Stayed for 4 nights during Feb and booked the ”studio room”. Load of horse sh*t. May as well have asked a random person if I can stay in their flat. It's an annex built in the middle of tall buildings with no charm/vibe at all. Good look getting a view of the sky. The pictures look fine online, until your in the room and find marks all over the walls, holes and peeling plaster board. Cherry on the cake was having a window which overlooks a white wall. Their entire ”24hr reception” is also horse sh*t. They rely on emails to communicate and I was not sent anything before arriving. In these emails are your codes to the app and building. There is no physical reception its all done through an app you have to download, good luck if you don't have phone data/WIFI. Your put through to a call centre to enter the building and they call the shots. Probably because they're too scared to face people for their crap service so they send the one minion who works there who turns up when she wants and keeps you waiting all day on a holiday you've been looking forward too. So any requests you have wont be dealt with until pigs fly. A room was requested at no charge due to their complete lack of organisation, timeliness a failure to accommodate our needs and provide us with correct information which led to booked experiences to be cancelled. They were unwilling to do so we were forced to pay more. All in all a complete dumpster fire of a hotel with the worst management and organisation I've ever seen. Cancel your booking if you've made one. Don't give them your hard earned money, they don't deserve it.

Convenient to Valencia sights – gorgeous historic room and excellent breakfast prepared daily We stayed here 2 nights in mid-April 2024 in the La Xerea room – double bed, wardrobe, original tile floor, two balconies, plaster ceiling. Unique, historic building and this room was awesome. Room for two suitcases. Used an entry code to access building (good security). Great WiFi. Elevator to upper floors. Comfy beds that had a top sheet, not just a heavy comforter. Owner (Africa) was very nice and helpful. Breakfast selection varied each day (not a buffet), prepared to order and quality quite good. One day we had an omelette in a pita pocket. Another day we had croissants with ham and cheese. Fresh fruit plus tea and coffee each day. If you have a rental car, you will need to park in a public underground garage several blocks away, then walk to the room. Not far and not up any hills. Part of the charm of staying in the historic district.

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. Safe travels!! D.A.D.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the beautiful Turia Park and the same distance to the cathedral (providing you don't get lost which we did the first time!!). Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a balcony. Only concern was the lack of cupboard space. Kettle was provided but the tea was camomile and no milk. We took our own tea and coffee and just asked for a jug of milk each day which they were happy to give us. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Right from the start they answered our e mails promptly and their English is great. They booked taxis for us from and to the airport. . Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. However there were occasions when there was nobody around and we had to go hunt for someone to get us coffee or milk for our cereal. A jug of milk by the cereal would have saved some of that. We would definitely stay here again.

Located about 15 minutes' walk from Ciutat de las Arts. New facilities, close to public transport and with a restaurant in site. Everything was great, however, I would have liked that the AC cools more, because it was controlled and was almost hot. Out of that, all goes ok and we enjoy our stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and also the service. The front desk personnel, also excellent. Highly recommended hotel. (Note - visit the near Saler shopping center and eat in ”Muerde La Pasta”. Very good buffet.)
