The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. In short, I feel that this hotel is like a five-star appearance, and the service management is really not very good.

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

The stay was pretty good, there was no noise outside, I could pull down the curtains and sleep with the windows open all night, the bed was comfortable, not as comfortable as the mattress I lived in a few days ago, and I went out to Valencia North Station. GGuest UserA very comfortable room. We did hear some people talking to 2 AM on Friday evening so if you are a light sleeper like myself that might be an issue. They have a small kitchenette, we were able to make our own coffee and we even did some laundry. If you go to their market, you can always bring food back from the Market and heat up in the microwave. A must do if you’re there. Even buy a bottle of wine. You can wash your clothes but there is no dryer, but the clothes dry overnight on a rack that you can ask for. Very centrally located. We rented bikes from Pelican bike rental, and they were close to walk too. They had good bikes. We just followed a bunch of bike paths towards the Science Center and then over towards the marina and beaches. We biked 20 miles through Valencia.

It is worth mentioning that the service is full, the front desk lady is very nice.
Knowing that we were going to catch the train the next morning, I asked which train station very carefully (there are two, afraid that we will go wrong)
I left at 5 o'clock in the morning and didn't arrive at breakfast time. I helped pack it in advance and take it away. When I waited for the bus, I opened it and looked at it. It was too rich. ～ It was very good to serve from the perspective of the guests.

The hotel is a neat idea being built into an old building but providing new, clean rooms - clever design and great re-purposing of the building. Taxi cost around €25 from the airport. Rooms were clean with a very comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was better than I expected - it was well presented and had good choice. One of our party requires gluten free but she had no problem finding something suitable each day. The staff even went out of their way to find black tea bags to satisfy English tastes! The staff are great - all young providing a friendly, polite and professional service. The location is fantastic - only 15 mins walk from the cathedral, Turia garden is across the road and metro station (line 4) is 5 mins away which takes you directly to the beach. We walked everywhere (except to the beach) including to the City of Art and Science (easy to find by walking through Turia garden and following it round. For football fans Mestalla stadium is about 25 mins walk away. Overall it’s a great hotel for those wanting somewhere close to the city that require a comfortable bed, excellent shower and simple but excellent breakfast.

Let's see, I'm not saying that there can't be a specific case, but for example, it seemed great to me, for the weekend I've been. As there are more than 12 floors, it is normal for the elevators to stop like in El Corte Inglés, but nothing is a problem, perfect hygiene, the bathroom accessories are all fabulous.
The weather was more than enough, we are in August with a heat wave and I have slept with a sabanita…. There is a children's games service, the pool without anyone grilling you in case you have something to drink there, the parking directly to the room and the cafeteria in the hall is a luxury.
So for my part I would return and if it helps you I think you will not regret it.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the hotel for 2 days with 2 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 9). Because the kids like Harry Potter, I asked for that room in advance via Booking.com. I got a response right away to confirm and when we arrived the kids were very happy with the room. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (both in advance via chat and at the moment of our stay). We were early to check in and our room wasn’t ready so we could leave our luggage in their luggage room that’s next to the front desk. The room was big enough for what we needed. Some features were a bit outdated and could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the old showerhead or some yellow spots around the air-conditioning) but that didn’t bother us so much. The fact that it was very clean made up for the flaws. Breakfast was perfect as well. There was enough choice of fruit, pastries, bread, coffees, eggs… There was also enough for everyone. If something was out, the staff immediately brought out more. We would absolutely recommend this hotel when doing a city trip to Valencia. It’s in the heart of the old town and very close to the metro-stop Xativa and a few bus stops.

Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel.
Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us.
Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night.
Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

GGuest UserLong weekend in Valencia. I chose this hotel due to its location, reasonable price, pool & rooms with balconies. Unfortunately my booking agents (lastminute.com) made it seem I was booking a balcony room but when I got to the hotel they had given us a basement room. Lastminute.com were less than helpful clearing up the misunderstanding, however the hotel were fabulous, moving us the day after to a lovely balcony room, which did overlook the back (parking & apartment blocks) this was actually better as the front is onto a busy main road! Facilities were fabulous, all staff welcoming & friendly, room was cleaned every day, toiletries provided (although no conditioner). We didn't book for breakfast as we don't eat it, so can't comment on that! Had pool to ourselves most of the time & it was small but adequate, clean & sauna was nice. Situation was perfect as in middle between museums/oceanographic & main city centre, about 20 min walk to each & bus to beach was 1.50€, every 10 mins. Would definitely come again.

Very friendly reception, I advise you if you want to spend little, stay a few days, and above all for those who want to stay as much as possible in the city center.

The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
