3-Star Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

This is my First Time visiting Harbin staying for a week. I review the visit with four Cs. Location /Convenience- The hotel is 150 meters from the start of ZhongYang Street and about 400 meters from Shangzhi Street Metro Station. Cleanliness - Towels and rubbish bins are changed daily. Bed sheets are not replaced daily as part of environmental saving. It changes the bedsheets every three nights. This is an ongoing hotel industry policies. Customer Service- Front Desk Staff are professional but with extra effort Zhaoling Xiao and Liulimin went extra mile to guide us in reconfirming our flight and information to specific sites. Taxi Drivers via roadside hailing boarding were honest and courteous. These are unofficial ambassadors of China and Harbin. Because of them, I decided to revisit Chinatown. Courtesy - In public areas, there is a general lack of courtesy in all age groups but those in hospitality are professional. We also made every effort to always be courteous to local people. I am looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang soon. Thanks, everyone, for contributing positively to visitors in your country.

Excellent location, as it was away from the hustle and bustle, but only just around the corner. Exit the front door and turn left or right and you were entering the Harbin experience. Meandering through the streets we found the best sights, food, and shopping, and at the end of the day, all roads easily led us back to this comfortable, easy going accommodation. A bit light on providing the tea bags, but the water pressure was great! The concierge ensured the Didi made the u turn to collect us out front, as they were prone to making us cross the (very difficult) road. Late checkout was awesome, and they looked after our bags as well. We love Harbin!

Booked 1 night stay for our driver. It was a basement unit without windows, while i booked via my tour agent was the bigger room. Experience was good, reception very welcoming and helpful.  Always smiling. Place was clean, both cleaner aunty was very detailed in their housekeeping.  Location very near and walking distance to Daoli Market, Central Market and Sophia Cathedral. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends * this hotel come with AI control, and BEST was its with Aircon!

The Ibis Harbin Central Street Hotel is continently located near Zhongyang Street, approximately 15 minutes walk from the main pedestrian area.

Excellent location.Located in the center, short walk distance to walking street, and St. Sophia square. The room is quite dark, the provided towel is for one time use. Cups are paper cup. Coffee and tea provided only 1st day. Room is tidy but not that clean.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is next to the Sophia Church and diagonally opposite the Daoli Vegetable Market. It is not far from Central Street. The room is also quite large and clean. The whole house smart control is very convenient. Because the flight is in the evening, I want to delay the check-out for one hour. The hotel front desk agreed very quickly. Every time I enter and leave, the staff will greet me. I have a very good impression of this hotel. If I come to Harbin next time, I will consider staying here again.

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes from the airport bus to Central Street, 5 minutes from Daoli Vegetable Market and Sophia Church, very convenient. The environment is very good, the service staff is polite and enthusiastic, the experience is very good, recommended to stay.

Adding on that the hotel was super open to helping us receive parcels. They kept many for us throughout the entire trip and were very patient in helping us identify parcels.

In general, the hotel we liked, all new and modern, there are typical Chinese breakfasts. Also the entire hotel uses their line of cosmetics with the smell of lavender, of course. Originally ordered three rooms (two couples and children). Everyone was given a room with a transparent wall in a bath that could not be closed, told the receptacle and they replaced one room with a normal (where the bathroom and toilet without a transparent wall). Be ready for this and in advance if you warn the staff. Also in the rooms with a glass wall in the bathroom there was a window(in the toilet) and it was constantly blowing, it was cold to take a shower. And in the room with the normal bathroom there was no extract. The location of the hotel is good, Hua Fu was right across the quarter, and a lot of small shops and cafes, too there is a network cafe type of kfs, surely try! In the rooms themselves it was very warm, we were in the coldest and inside the temperature was about +30, so there are moisturizers.

I really recomend this hotel for 1st timer in Harbin. The location is just infront of the famous street. I was really happy I booked this hotel. Whenever I need toilet I can just walk back to my hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The midnight snack staff was kind and bubbly I hope the hotel management increase her salary. She is a gem to the hotel. On the last night of our stay the hotel prepare some souvenir. TQ really like them ! Check in was smooth eventho the receptionist has zero english. Will stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Central Street and Lena Restaurant. It is clean and tidy. We checked in in the second year of junior high school and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to go out for breakfast in the morning of the third year of junior high school. We specifically looked for a hotel with breakfast on the platform. Only when we arrived at the hotel did we know that only We stayed in this hotel as a family, so the originally scheduled breakfast was no longer available. This is understandable, but the boss didn’t want to refund the meal fee. He only told us that he could delay check-out. I didn’t say anything and went to the platform to refund the meal fee in the evening. Suggestions The hotel should strengthen its management. If it cannot provide breakfast, it can offer breakfast-free options, or it should be refunded. Don't think about making money that you shouldn't make. You may get more opportunities.

In the beautiful city of Heihe, staying in this hotel has become a highlight of my trip. The enthusiasm of the front desk staff made me feel at home. The room is decorated in an elegant and tidy manner, and the whole environment gives people a dignified and comfortable feeling. It can be said to be one of the best accommodation options in Heihe. The hotel's own bathing facilities are also very convenient, allowing people to wash away the fatigue of the journey. In addition, the hotel is strategically located in the city center, which is very convenient to go anywhere. Moreover, Russian friends often visit here, which shows its popularity. The hotel facilities are new and clean. It is very close to the commercial area for eating and the riverside, within walking distance. There is a parking lot in the yard next to it, and there are also free parking spaces on the roadside. It is considered one of the better parking hotels in Heihe and is suitable for self-driving. Check-in and check-out are convenient and fast, and 014 has a good service attitude.

It was my first time to come to Mudanjiang and I chose a newly opened hotel this year. I was very satisfied with it. The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

I often come to Mudanjiang for business trips and always choose Hanting Hotel. However, I booked late and there was no vacancy, so I chose the Starway Hotel not far away. Unexpectedly, there were some small surprises. When I encountered a small problem when checking in, the staff handled it perfectly. I would like to give it a thumbs up. The first impression I felt when I checked into the room was that it was very clean, especially there were no water stains on the hand basin, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry areas, and the bed was moderately soft and hard and very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is also good, with 4 kinds of hot dishes, 3 kinds of cold dishes, pickles, some fruits, and Western-style breads, snacks, milk, soy milk, and sauerkraut stew, which are especially delicious. The key is that it is very cost-effective during the tourist season!

The overall feeling is okay, except that the shower and toilet glass are transparent, which makes it awkward for two people to go on a business trip. Before going to Xuexiang, I read a lot of lightning protection posts, which really scared us! I didn't expect it to be so bad after arriving. The room was a kang for 4 people, and the boss came to the station to pick us up and carry our luggage as soon as we arrived. The parade of floats, the dance of yangko, the dream home, the fireworks show were all free, and you can order ** for meals. The set meal price is very cost-effective
