Super convenient if you’re arriving on the airport bus. When you come from the airport you will be on the other side of the hotel. You need to cross the road however it is a bit dangerous because there’s no traffic lights. However, the location is so convenient and it is as it is right outside. The airport bus stop to the airport entrance to Central Street is also a traffic light away so it is very convenient . The room we had was a split level with a double bed at the bottom /level one and bathroom on level one and a large area with a double bed on level two both levels had a TV 

The hotel service is very good, the front desk is very welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, it is very close to the city center, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. The facilities are very complete, the room is very clean, the bedding in the room is very soft, and the price is very moderate. It is cost-effective for this time The room is very high and relatively large. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and tell us where to eat and have fun. Of course, I understand that there are no secrets in the family, but not to that extent))) But in the other room there was a normal bathroom with a door. The hotel gave us free upgrade and stayed the same level so we no need to move to another level. The hotel has no view from inside the room as the building is surrounded by another buildings. But this isn’t a problem for us, cause it helps to block city noise. The staffs are friendly. Will definitely will stay here again if come to Harbin.

First Hotel of My Harbin Trip – Warm Welcome & Great Location This was the first hotel of my Harbin trip, and also my first time visiting the city. We had been traveling since the morning and arrived in the evening, around 7-8 PM. By then, we were quite exhausted, especially after pulling our luggage along the way. The warm welcome from the staff really stood out. It was freezing outside, and as soon as we checked in, a female receptionist quickly brought us hot tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is also a plus—not too far from Zhongyang Street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The only downside for me was the smell inside the room, which wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, despite that one issue, the hospitality and convenience of the location made my stay a good experience.

I really recomend this hotel for 1st timer in Harbin. The location is just infront of the famous street. I was really happy I booked this hotel. Whenever I need toilet I can just walk back to my hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The midnight snack staff was kind and bubbly I hope the hotel management increase her salary. She is a gem to the hotel. On the last night of our stay the hotel prepare some souvenir. TQ really like them ! Check in was smooth eventho the receptionist has zero english. Will stay here again.

We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

Rooms are warm and clean, not far from Sophia Square. The price is fine. Would be great if they would have a different breakfast options. But in general it was pretty great experience.

I only have a small problem with the shower drain in my room (218) that needs to be fixed. Hopefully this will be corrected. Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.

首先，這家酒店的位置極佳，馬路對面就是母親廣場以及黑龍江江畔，站在酒店就可以看到對面的俄羅斯，電梯是觀景電梯，酒店距離郵政路的夜市和文化路的早市都非常近，都在一公里範圍之內，步行七八分鐘都可到達，其次，酒店的前面和後面都可以停車，停車也算是比較方便，但是晚上六點以後入住的話，車位可能會比較緊張，第三點，就是早餐比較豐富，但是八點鐘之前去的話，人會比較多，甚至有可能都沒有座位。不足的地方就是，房間內的衞生，確實勉強及格，需要服務人員好好的進一步的提升了，其次，就是空調的主機，晚上工作的時候噪音比較大，可能會影響睡眠。總體感覺還不錯，最後還要感謝服務人員給我升級房間，非常感謝！
