The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff was also very nice, but they were a little too enthusiastic and their facial expressions were too serious. It would be better if they smiled a little more😄, but it was harmless, haha😄! All in all, I was very satisfied👍! The breakfast was very delicious, and the soy milk was so delicious! It had a strong bean flavor👍! I drank five full bowls🤣 and almost ate it🤣🤣🤣!

Advantages: The hotel parking lot is large, and there are charging piles, which are very friendly for self-driving trams. The furniture in the room is all European style, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were kind and helpful, and even helped carry the suitcases to the room. The breakfast is average, not too many varieties but enough! Disadvantages: 1. There are only three plugs in the room, one in the TV cabinet (for the TV and the kettle), one in the bathroom (for the hair dryer), and one on the wall (a three-prong socket). It’s difficult for two people to charge their phones at the same time! 2. The bathroom is too small and the shower design is unreasonable. Once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is filled with water! 3. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. You can only use data traffic, and you can't watch programs on the TV in the room!

2nd room that we’ve booked for my children. Glad they have a room to accommodate 3 pax. Very nicely decorated room and very clean too. We enjoyed the breakfast and auntie is friendly and offer to top up more if we want but we were very full as the breakfast was quite a lot for us. There’s a nice back yard where we did our hot water throwing. In the evening we went to their lounge to enjoy the music and drinks (in another location).

The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The toilet was electric, which was nice. I forgot to take photos. The bed was very comfortable. I told the boss that I wanted to live on the first floor, and he temporarily changed my room. It sounded like he even upgraded my room. That was great. After checking in, I put my luggage in the lobby and went out to play. When I came back, my luggage was already in the room. It was cold when I went out, so I wanted to open the box to get a heat pack. The boss directly gave me two pairs of heating insoles. My feet were warm after walking outside for a long time.

The hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good.

The wooden house is newly opened, and the facilities and equipment are very new. It is a separate small villa and is very beautiful.
