Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong features an array of elegant comforts in 679 spacious guestrooms and suites. The warm tones are complemented by refined Asian-inspired decor with floor-to-ceiling windows offering captivating views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. The hotel’s award-winning restaurants flawlessly characterise Hong Kong’s culinary melting pot with eclectic cuisine from classic Italian to exquisite Cantonese delicacies.“Guestrooms are for accommodation purpose only (except designated room packages). The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-accommodation purposes, including wedding parties and events.”

"Transportation: The hotel is about 20 meters from Exits P1 and P2 of Tsim Sha Tsui East Station, making subway travel very convenient. Service: The service in the lobby, guest rooms, restaurant, and front desk was all excellent – professional and efficient. A special shout-out to May Ling, the housekeeper on the 14th floor. Her warm smile made her feel like a friendly neighbor. She brought fruit, turned down the bed, and always greeted me enthusiastically. I looked forward to bumping into her every day of my stay. Charging: The room was equipped with a converter, charging ports, and charging cables, which showed great attention to detail. I had forgotten my headphone charging cable this time and was worried if my headphones would last for three days on the trip, but all that anxiety vanished once I entered the room. Shower: The water pressure in the shower was incredibly strong, making for a refreshing shower. This was a pleasant surprise for a hotel with 45 years of history. Breakfast: Very rich and varied, with many types of meat. The staff in all departments were very proactive, and the dishes were delicious. There were Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Southeast Asian options, so I'd give it full marks. Minor Drawbacks: The air conditioning fan was a bit noisy, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, occasionally I could hear doors closing from outside the room or other rooms. The only solution was to sleep with earplugs."

"How should I put this? The hotel's infrastructure and environment are decent. The only thing I found particularly uncomfortable was the attitude of the staff. They had completely different faces: one for mainland Chinese guests and another for Europeans. This was more apparent than in any other country I've visited, especially the coffee shop in the hotel lobby – the double standards there were just unbelievable, haha. Rooms with good locations at the same price point are basically never given to mainland Chinese guests, if you catch my drift. (Some staff even made excuses like, 'You might have misunderstood because you don't speak Cantonese.')"

It takes ten minutes to get to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui. A public outdoor field for basketball is also right next to the hotel.

"First time in Hong Kong, here for a conference (Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and brought the kids along to explore. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Hung Hom MTR station; just cross the footbridge and you're there. Right across from the hotel are plenty of dining options, and it's not a long walk to Tsim Sha Tsui. Oh, and if you're here for a concert, it's super convenient – you can see the Hong Kong Coliseum from the hotel room. The Hong Kong Museum of History is also nearby, and the hotel has a gym and swimming pool on the ninth floor. The hotel was better than I expected; the rooms aren't small by Hong Kong standards, and they even provide complimentary drinks and chips upon check-in, which is a nice touch. (If I had to pick something negative, it would be that the soundproofing isn't great.)"

"I took taxi from the airport ($HK 215), and thought oh my gosh, where is this hotel!!. Simply because the narrow curvy endless mountain roads for at least 30 minutes. Taxi took me as close as possible to the hotel but still had to walk to the hotel reception. I could immediately feel the humidity and no elevator to the 3rd floor was surprise, a friendly staff helped me to carry the luggage. The real gem and country side became my favourite thing on the second day. The second day gave me a true peaceful mind and relaxing breeze when I jogged around the village. If you want to relax and get away from crowdedness from city, please visit here for at least 3 days. Not much choice for food so take a day trip to big Budha via ferry - this was the fav thing i have done in Hong Kong, i found this way better than my stay at Tsim sha tsui & central. You can see thr clouds covering mountain top, misty, and herd of cows. Beach swim is a bit of question mark here. You can experience real country side and see another side of Hong Kong."

There are many local and international banks, large shopping malls and international restaurants nearby. The hotel belongs to the type of "guesthouse"; it is similar to small hotels, family hotels and guest houses in the mainland, but is collectively called "guesthouse" in Hong Kong.

"This is a typical budget family-run guesthouse. The landlord was very kind and explained all the amenities and precautions to me. There's also a communal washing machine. The room isn't large, but it's sufficient for a double room. There's also an international power outlet in the room, so you can charge your devices if you don't have an adapter. It's located right next to Jordan MTR station, so it's easy to find. Temple Street Night Market is just three blocks away. It's also quite close to Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbour on foot."

The room was spacious, fantastic, and very comfortable. However, the downstairs restaurant isn't as good as it used to be. The portions are much smaller, and a lot of the delicious items are no longer on the menu. It's the same old stuff; an updated menu would be great. The breakfast buffet was good and very suitable for kids, and the complimentary birthday cake from the hotel was also delicious.

A perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

I stayed in the Premier Seaview Room. It was newly renovated and came with a smart toilet. Although it didn't feel like the stated 45 square meters, the layout was cleverly designed. The toilet and shower room were completely separate and independent. Even though the toilet wasn't large, it featured a cleverly designed mini-washbasin, and both washbasins were equipped with wall-mounted hand soap dispensers, which was a thoughtful touch. The shower room had glass on two sides, and the Dyson hairdryer was conveniently placed on a small shelf. Despite the heavy rain in Hong Kong these past few days, the sea view was still quite nice. The large sofa by the window was very comfortable, and the wardrobe near the entrance, though seemingly small, had storage compartments, making it very practical. Compared to other luxury hotels in Hong Kong, this one offers good value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient whether you're coming from the high-speed rail station or the airport. The Elements mall downstairs is great for shopping, and it's within walking distance of the West Kowloon Cultural District. It’s a very comfortable area for shopping and leisure, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hong Kong in the future. The hotel staff also provided excellent service. Looking out from the large window in my room, the sunset over Victoria Harbour was absolutely stunning. Such a wonderful memory!

The room was something else entirely; the hairdryer belonged in an antique museum. For such an expensive room, they really should get a new hairdryer. The rest of the amenities were fine, and the soundproofing did its best, but I could still hear planes taking off and landing from my room. Overall, the value for money was quite poor. The front desk charged me for an upgrade, so no complimentary upgrade there, but they aren't obligated to offer one anyway. Everything else was pretty good. Next time, I won't stay overnight during a layover in Hong Kong. Having a hotel would have made a big difference.

We booked a room with Grand Club access to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Having experienced club lounges at various hotels before, the Grand Club here truly made a lasting impression! - Warm & Attentive Check-in at the Grand Club (Special Thanks to Kylie) Upon our arrival at the Grand Club, Kylie welcomed us with a radiant smile and exceptional politeness. Her check-in process was flawless and professional - a 100/100 service! Knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion, Kylie thoughtfully upgraded our room and arranged a lovely mini cake and red wine. The room was bright and offered a gorgeous balance of half city view and half harbour view, making us feel utterly relaxed. - Afternoon Tea & Evening Cocktail (High Praise for Joey’s Professionalism) The Afternoon Tea served light bites including sandwiches, fruit, macarons, canelés, scones, and puffs etc. Although the selection was slightly more concise than expected, the quality and taste were delightful. During the Evening Cocktail section at around 6:00 PM, the Grand Club was packed. While we were in line waiting, a guest became quite loud and unreasonable, complaining about not being registered or offered a drink. Joey handled the situation with unbelievable composure and grace. Despite the guest’s rudeness, Joey remained exceptionally polite and professional throughout. Immediately after resolving the issue, she walked over to arrange our welcome drinks and even took the time to introduce the name and origin of the white wine I wanted to try. Her attentiveness and crisis handling were deeply impressive! - Gym Facilities & Grand Café Breakfast We also visited the open-concept 24-hour gym in the evening, it was well-equipped with a great variety of machines. Breakfast at the Grand Café offered a broad and fresh selection of food. If we had to share two tiny pieces of feedback: we were a bit sad to find no hash browns (a breakfast favorite!), and some of the pastries were quite large - making them a little smaller would allow guests to sample a wider variety. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip. Huge thanks to Kylie, Joey, and the Grand Club team for their heart-warming hospitality. We will definitely be back!

I had a great stay at Harbour Grand Kowloon. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and it really stood out how well everything was maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole experience feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location was another major highlight—it's right next to the harbour, so the night and morning walks were genuinely special. It was a relaxing way to start and end the day, with great views and an enjoyable atmosphere. I also appreciated the room size, which felt spacious and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, I’d highly recommend Harbour Grand Kowloon for anyone looking for a clean, well-located hotel with genuinely helpful staff and a comfortable room.
