"The environment was great! We chose a sea-view room and the view was absolutely stunning. We also received complimentary welcome fruit, though it was a bit basic. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby. K11 shopping mall is just about a 7-minute walk away, and there's a delicious Thai restaurant right next to the hotel. As for hygiene, the room was very clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors. Regarding service, the room service was quite good. However, the first front desk staff member who assisted me during check-in had a very condescending attitude. I was polite and humble with my inquiries, especially since I wasn't on the mainland, but she was extremely impatient. 🙃"

It takes ten minutes to get to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui. A public outdoor field for basketball is also right next to the hotel.

"I was quite satisfied personally; the service was pretty good, and it was clean. But why do we have to wait until 3 PM for check-in? I arrived at 12 PM, and they said the room wasn't ready, so I had to store my luggage and go out. When I came back at 2:30 PM, they still said it had to be 3 PM, not a minute sooner. It was really hot, and I was all sweaty, but the lobby was freezing. Waiting there was very uncomfortable. I hope they can improve this and be a bit more flexible. I didn't feel much difference in treatment between speaking Mandarin, a foreign language, or Cantonese, which was good. Maybe it was because I was mixing languages when I spoke."

"I came here for a conference but brought my mum along for an extended holiday. While the hotel room, room service and cleanliness were all up to expectations I was unhappy about having to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. I could only enter my room at 5pm. I have stated my preferred room and special requests earlier on via the app so that it would all be ready upon arrival. But to my dismay, they said the room was not ready and I had to wait until 5pm to be able to enter my room. For a 5 star hotel, i had expected more. There was no compensation or whatsoever, i was simply made to wait for 2 whole hours for my room that I have already stated my preferences. I asked if I could leave a feedback so that services can be improved, the receptionist only took down my email, in which they did not reach out to me at all. Please improve in your services. I did appreciate the muslim friendly ammenities such as the prayer mat, Quran, and halal in-room dining. Everything else was great. Just need to improve on the checkins."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, a real luxury given its prime location in Central. Hong Kong Park is right downstairs, perfect for an evening stroll to catch the sunset, which was incredibly pleasant. What truly stood out was the Executive Lounge access; they offered meals and snacks throughout the day that were practically full meals themselves. For someone with a busy schedule, this provided a dining experience far superior to eating at home – I was incredibly impressed! The exquisite breakfast at Café on the 56th floor and the drinks, snacks, soups, salads, dim sum, and dishes at the 7th-floor lounge were all so refined and thoughtful. Not to mention the grand and abundant breakfast, which was the perfect start to my relaxed, leisurely time after a demanding work period. Thank you, I will definitely be back."

GGuest UserStaying at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was a delightful surprise from start to finish. The room featured floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking sea views the moment you open them. The room itself was spacious, with a soft and comfortable mattress. The bathroom was equipped with high-quality amenities, showing exceptional attention to detail. The outdoor infinity pool seamlessly blended with the ocean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, responding promptly to all requests. Everything, from the facilities and views to the service, was near perfect. It's a peaceful escape from the city bustle, ideal for relaxation, making it my top choice for a staycation in Hong Kong. I will definitely be back.

Bbobo_goA perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

GGuest UserOur family of four arrived in Hong Kong from Bali at 00:05 and had a connecting flight back to Shanghai the next day at 08:10. We considered three options for an overnight stay: 1. The airport departure hall: Free, but no place to lie down, too bright, and would be noisy in the morning – definitely wouldn't get good sleep. 2. Plaza Premium Lounge: No recliners, only seats. Offers 24-hour hot water and food, but for four people, an overnight stay isn't cheap (online prices varied from tens to hundreds of RMB per person), and showering costs extra. 3. Regal Airport Hotel: Requires immigration, but offers a proper bed and a shower. We booked a family room (two 1.5-meter double beds) on Trip.com for just over 900 RMB per night.

GGuest UserI am a regular guest of The Ritz-Carlton and have always enjoyed my stays. However, I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent multi-night stay, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. While the view remains absolutely beautiful, I noticed several issues during this visit: One of the two bathroom sinks was clogged and unusable. Housekeeping did not replenish the amenities during my stay. I noticed the welcome fruits were missing, and overall, the standard of hospitality felt lacking compared to my previous experiences. As someone who loves staying at your hotel and wishes to return, I hope you will look into these matters for future improvement. Thank you for your attention to this feedback.

CChristol LeungThis is already the uncountable times I have been staying at WM, undoubtedly still the perfect hotel in Hong Kong, no matter service, location, the room comfort, and the food quality...all of them is impeccable✨Those are also the reasons of making me a loyal, repeated guest of WM. Special thanks to Front Desk Candice and Daphnne, as well as Concierge Michael - yesterday morning few hours before checkout I was not feeling well in room, Candice and Daphnne proactively offered late checkout to me as courtesy and asked if I need any assistance from them. When it's raining outside, Michael also provided umbrella to us immediately. Their service are always beyond the top and definitely I will come back visit again and again!
