The hotel facilities are complete and clean, and the room size is acceptable for Hong Kong. The staff were quite enthusiastic and provided me with a lot of help. It's just a few steps from Mong Kok MTR station, making transportation very convenient. Langham Place mall, with its many brands, is right below the hotel. There are plenty of shopping and dining options next to the hotel. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the charging. I brought a travel adapter, but none of the wall sockets in the room worked for it. I could only use the USB charging port on the nightstand, which charged my phone quite slowly.

Close to Sha Tin Wai MTR station, very convenient to get to from West Kowloon Station! There are restaurants, supermarkets, and malls nearby. It's an excellent value-for-money hotel in the Sha Tin area. You can see the wide river and green mountains, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle!

Facilities: The hotel is an older five-star property, so the facilities are a bit dated, but they are very well-maintained. Cleanliness: The hygiene is absolutely spotless. Environment: Facing Victoria Harbour, the view is incredible. There's a direct walkway from the second floor right to the waterfront, which is super convenient. Service: Shangri-La's service is absolutely reliable. The executive lounge staff, in particular, remembered guests' surnames and greeted them proactively. Horizon Club Privileges: The burgers at afternoon tea were amazing, and the customized steak for breakfast was a thoughtful touch.

I arrived on a late flight and was looking for a place to stay for the night when I found and booked this hotel. I was very grateful that it was right by the immigration gate (the hotel entrance is connected, but the hallway is a bit long), especially since I was tired upon arrival. I had a no-breakfast plan, but since the hotel is connected to the airport, it was easy to grab breakfast. Check-in was relatively smooth and quick, and with the check-out box, I felt it would be fine even if I was in a hurry. The amenities were basic, but perfectly adequate for just sleeping. I was excited to see the runway view from the hallway. There were also many airport carts in the lobby and hallway, which I thought was convenient for bringing luggage directly to the room. I also remember the friendly staff at the cafe on the first floor. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have an early morning departure or a late-night arrival.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent too. Oh, and to the doorman at the bar entrance, I lost an umbrella, and he just told me not to worry and to be more careful next time. Even the cleaning lady on the 28th floor, wow, she was pretty, and did a great job keeping things clean. I really liked her. Eating on the second floor was also very good 👍. This hotel is highly recommended. It's close to the shopping mall, right downstairs from Hung Hom and Victoria Harbour, and very close to K11. Getting around by MTR is also convenient. In Hong Kong, you just take the MTR, and you can get anywhere.

This must be my third stay here, and it's truly the most comfortable and convenient hotel! 🥰🥰 This time, my family of three stayed together, and my son had such a great and comfortable time 😌. This is always my top choice for a hotel! 👍👍 I originally wanted to extend my stay today, but there were no rooms available, and only a very expensive one was left 🙈🙈, so I didn't extend and switched to another hotel instead 🙈🙈🙈. If I stay at a hotel again in the future, I'll definitely choose this one, because it's genuinely comfortable and quite spacious – my son can run around, and the soundproofing is excellent too! 👍 The air conditioning is perfectly cold 😆😆, which is great for someone like me who hates the heat. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and happy 🥳. I'm thinking of celebrating my son's 3rd birthday at this hotel! 😌

The location is pretty good, about a seven or eight-minute walk from Whampoa MTR station. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, which is very convenient. My only minor gripe is that the first shuttle departs at 10 AM, which I feel is a bit late. Taxis to the city center are only about forty dollars. The sea view is beautiful, and there's a ferry downstairs that goes to North Point. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

## Facilities 1. As an established five-star hotel, I was pleased to find that the shower wasn't the kind where you have to stand in a bathtub, which I often encountered during previous stays in Hong Kong. 2. The bathroom has a direct drinking water tap, and the water tastes good, so I could easily refill my mineral water bottles. 3. There's a luggage rack in the room, which saves you from bending over to access your suitcase. 4. Hooks on both sides of the bathroom door are very convenient, and the toilet is a smart bidet model. ## Cleanliness The room was spotless and tidy, very satisfied. ## Environment 1. The location is excellent, near the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Exit P2 and close to the Shangri-La Hotel. I feel this hotel offers better value for money. From my room, 719, I could look down and see the dining area on the 3rd floor, which was quite interesting and cleverly designed. 2. It's also close to the Hong Kong Museum of History, Hong Kong Science Museum, and Victoria Harbour. ## Service The service was excellent. The doorman promptly opened the door, the front desk attendant spoke fluent Mandarin, the concierge was enthusiastic, and the ladies maintaining the restrooms in the 3rd-floor common area were all very kind. ## Overall This was a very satisfying stay, without a single flaw. I will definitely choose The Royal Garden Hotel again on my next visit to Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is a city where every inch of land is precious, and I've stayed in many Hong Kong hotels where my first thought was always, 'too small, too restrictive.' However, the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin completely breaks that stereotype. The rooms at the Hyatt are comparable in size to most hotels in mainland China, which gives a fantastic first impression to guests visiting Hong Kong. In terms of location, it's a bit further out compared to bustling areas like Tsim Sha Tsui. But Hong Kong isn't a large city, and the MTR (subway) network covers the entire city, so getting around is still quite convenient. As for service, since this hotel is right by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, I assume many students' parents stay here. Consequently, the staff are generally polite, and their Mandarin is also very good.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The check-in process was smooth from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were patient and polite, and the手続き (procedures) were handled very quickly. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry with no water stains, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent, making it very quiet at night, which ensured a great night's sleep. The air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi in the room all worked stably, and the amenities were complete and sufficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. Housekeeping was prompt and the service was great. Overall, the value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. It's my top choice for travel, and I've already saved it. I'll prioritize staying here again next time.

GGuest UserComing to Hong Kong, you can always trust the W Hotel's aesthetic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the 'enchanted forest' design – it's perfect for young people looking for a photo op. 🏨 The sea-view room this time was absolutely stunning. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows framed Victoria Harbour like a living painting. By day, you watch ships sail by, and by night, you enjoy the 'Symphony of Lights' show without the crowds, all from the comfort of your bed. What a private way to experience the city's vibrancy! 🌊 The room's massive windows and the signature W bed (the 400-thread count bedding is so soft you just sink into it), combined with some music playing on the Bose sound system, really created an incredible ambiance! 🎵 I also checked out the infinity pool on the 76th floor 🏊‍♀️. Swimming 211 meters above ground, overlooking the entire Kowloon Peninsula – it's definitely where 'life photos' are made! Later in the evening, head to WOOBAR for a bespoke cocktail, enjoy the breeze, and listen to the DJ. This is truly how a Hong Kong vacation should be! 🥂 Just a side note: The hotel's location is super convenient too. Downstairs, you'll find Elements mall and the High-Speed Rail Station/Airport Express Kowloon Station, making shopping and travel a breeze. The experience was truly top-notch! 💯

LlanyayaPerched atop the ICC building, The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong holds the title of the city's highest hotel, offering an 'above the clouds' ambiance that's truly captivating. The panoramic Victoria Harbour views are simply breathtaking and endlessly fascinating. My entire stay was exceptional. The service was consistently attentive, thoughtful, and highly efficient. Many of the hotel's amenities truly shone: the Executive Lounge was outstanding, offering a wide array of food and beverages throughout the day in a serene and comfortable setting. The hotel's spa experience was superb, providing excellent relaxation and soothing effects. And OZONE, the rooftop bar on the 118th floor, boasts stunning 'cloud-level' night views, with both the cocktails and the atmosphere being top-notch. They also provided a complimentary car service, which was a huge bonus. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's location isn't the most convenient for walking to the Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district, but the free private car service more than compensates for this. Overall, its strengths far outweigh this small flaw, and my overall stay experience was truly outstanding.

DDean0We had a really lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a beautiful location, and Sai Kung itself is a huge part of the experience. The nearby beaches, hiking, kayaking and sea views were definitely the highlight of our trip. The room was comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. Breakfast was also good, and we really enjoyed being able to use the sauna and then go up to the pool. The hotel layout is also quite convenient, with different entrances and exits, so you do not always have to walk through the main lobby to get around. There were a few inconveniences that would make the experience better if improved. The pool closes quite early at 18:00, and it also closes between 11:45 and 13:00, which felt like an awkward time because that is one of the nicest parts of the day to swim or relax. There was also no poolside bar or food service, which made the pool area feel less like a resort-style space than it could be. Another inconvenience was that food could not be delivered to the room, with hygiene given as the reason. I understand the concern, but it would be helpful if guests could opt in to contactless delivery or collect food more easily, especially given that there are cameras and controlled access in the hotel. Smoking is also not allowed on the balcony, which may be inconvenient for some guests. One small but noticeable detail was the toilet paper, which was quite rough. Softer two-ply toilet paper would genuinely make the room feel more comfortable and better matched to the price point. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location, facilities, breakfast, pool, sauna and nearby outdoor activities made it a memorable holiday.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Mandarin Oriental this time was fantastic! First off, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. You can access the hotel directly from Hong Kong Station (Central Station) via an underground link, making it super easy to get to Disneyland and Tung Chung. The area around the hotel also offers great options for shopping, entertainment, and dining. The service was excellent too; staff always greeted me with a smile and helped with my luggage. The breakfast was a set menu with four choices, and the food was delicious! I especially want to commend a tall, handsome gentleman (I forgot to ask his name) who spoke Cantonese. He was incredibly diligent and enthusiastic in explaining the hotel and room details, which was a huge help for someone like me whose English isn't great. He made me feel very welcome and comfortable! I'll definitely consider staying at the Mandarin Oriental again on my next trip to Hong Kong.
