Anonymous UserHad a weekend staycation here. The room was beautiful, the view was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, and there was a free pool and gym. The spa was also very relaxing.
One thing that could be improved is the electric kettle in the room. There was a lot of limescale at the bottom, and the opening was very small. I have small hands, so I was barely able to clean it with a toothbrush, but it came clean immediately, proving that it wasn't a stubborn stain that was difficult to deal with. It would be great if the cleaning could be better.
Another issue was the elevator and room key card sensor. It's a good idea to use key cards for the elevator to improve security, but I, and many other people I saw, had a lot of trouble getting it to work. It often took many attempts. Also, the green light indicating a successful scan was very dim and hard to see.

bobo_goA perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite.
The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful.
The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice.
We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive.
Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered.
All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

Guest UserWe stayed in a suite on the 45th floor, which is an exclusive family-friendly floor, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The entire floor is dedicated to family-oriented rooms. Our room had its own little play area for kids, decorated in a fun and thoughtful way, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. My child was so excited they didn't want to leave the room! The hotel also thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and a small toy, which were such warm touches.
You absolutely must try the buffet breakfast at Café TOO on the 7th floor – the variety of food is dazzling! They have authentic Hong Kong-style撈麵 (lo mein), dim sum like siu mai, Western pastries, fresh-cut fruit, and even a special cartoon-themed dining area for kids. It caters to both adult tastes and children's preferences. Waking up early and enjoying a leisurely meal here is incredibly therapeutic, and with so many choices, you'll never get bored.
The biggest highlight was the outdoor swimming pool on the 8th floor. It's a huge space, with separate lanes for adults and a splash park for kids. The water features are perfect for little ones to play in. Surrounded by lush greenery, you can swim while looking down at the city's high-rise buildings – the view is absolutely stunning. The water temperature was comfortable, and on a sunny day, the photo opportunities are incredible. It's perfect for both swimming and keeping the kids entertained.
Overall, the facilities are excellent. The room, dining, and pool – the three core experiences – all exceeded expectations. It made our family trip so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation in Hong Kong!

Guest UserAn incredibly satisfying stay! The staff were exceptionally polite and professional. They accommodated my request for a quiet, high-floor room with a sea view, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and skyscrapers. The room was also very clean, which is impressive for a building constructed so many years ago. I'll definitely be returning here on my next visit; my satisfaction is 100%. My child especially loved being able to swim on the top floor and enjoy the sea view from our room. A huge thumbs up! Special mention to Wendy, our attendant, whose service was incredibly patient. She turned down our beds, delivered chocolates and water diligently and patiently – truly attentive and thoughtful service. I'd give her a perfect score! Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and the Japanese food is cheaper than on the mainland. A set meal is very generous and uses quality ingredients. Plus, there's a mall and a subway station conveniently located downstairs.

Guest UserTo us it was so convenient being able to easily walk to the hotel from the airport.
The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was quite good.
However the room was definitely showing the ages with the furniture fabrics almost giving some smell.
What really disappointed us was the fact that the swimming pool closed too early at 8pm - we really wanted to use some pool time to relax. It is a transit hotel being so close to the airport so you thought the pool should be opening 22 hours a day.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, making it easy to get around by taxi or public transport. The lobby is clean and grand, and the front desk staff are patient and friendly; check-in and check-out were quick. The room was meticulously cleaned with no unpleasant odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had consistent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The facilities are well-maintained, and overall, it offers better value than expected. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

Guest UserThe Grand Hyatt is very close to the MTR. We booked both a twin room and a king room. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The sea view room had a beautiful view, where you could see the Convention and Exhibition Centre. It's also very close to the Golden Bauhinia Square.

KuernafankuaiMy stay at the Regal Riverside Hotel in Hong Kong far exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review!
The room came equipped with a high-end Swiss professional hairdryer from Valera. The build quality felt solid and premium, even more so than a Dyson, with a stable, constant airflow that was great for hair care. As someone with long hair, I really appreciated how quickly it dried. This excellent user experience really highlights the hotel's commitment to high-end amenities.
The room also featured several art pieces on the walls, which were aesthetically pleasing and a joy to look at during downtime, creating a wonderful ambiance. The bathroom had a consistent and abundant supply of hot water, with a smooth, constant temperature, making for a comfortable and relaxing shower experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the facilities overall were thoughtfully designed. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, and getting around was convenient. From the stylish soft furnishings to the essential hardware, everything exuded quality. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. This will be my top choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong, and I'll definitely choose it again for future trips!

Guest UserWe booked this hotel last minute due to a typhoon, and it turned out to be a great choice! The location is super convenient, close to the Whampoa MTR station. Our room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. I think their garden view rooms would be perfect for a family of three. The hotel is right by the sea, so if it weren't for the typhoon, it would have been lovely to take a stroll outside in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, enjoying the sea breeze.

yuki_hongkongI stayed in a Club Deluxe Victoria Harbour Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. As soon as I entered the lobby on the 9th floor, a staff member took my luggage and escorted me to the 103rd floor. Since I had club lounge access, I was then guided up to the 116th floor. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge on the 116th floor while checking in. My luggage had already been delivered to my room.
The club lounge offers five meal services: breakfast from 7:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM, afternoon tea from 3:00 PM, evening cocktails from 6:00 PM, and desserts from 8:30 PM. All the dishes served were authentic and delicious.
The carpet on the floor was plush, dampening any noise, so the hallways were very quiet.
I had booked the Victoria Harbour Room this time. The room was 51 square meters and featured a king-size bed, a sturdy desk, and a single-person sofa with an ottoman. In addition to the toilet and shower room, there was also a bathtub with a TV. The double vanity sinks were a nice touch, allowing two people to use them simultaneously.
The room offered views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. I could clearly watch the Symphony of Lights from my room as well.
On the 118th floor, there's a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. The view from the top floor of the building while swimming was breathtaking.
After using the pool and having dinner, when I returned to my room, I found slippers placed by the bed. A large, pristine white rug was laid in front of the vanity, which was lovely as I could walk barefoot. It was also convenient to walk across this rug between the bathtub and the shower room.
I stayed on my birthday, and I had informed the hotel in advance. They provided wonderful hospitality, including a complimentary cake and a birthday display in the room. I highly recommend staying here for special occasions.
