"A Mixed Stay with Room for Improvement The highlight of this stay was the location as the hotel is located at the beach front . The rooms were adequate, with basic amenities. However, the service was lacking. The restaurant’s food was disappointing, served with the typical brusque manner often encountered in Hong Kong. Breakfast was underwhelming, mostly frozen or canned items. Checkout was frustrating: despite paying a deposit at check-in, I was never given a receipt. At checkout, the receptionist insisted I might have lost it, only for us to later discover the payment was never recorded. While resolved, it was an unnecessary hassle."

The front desk staff gave great recommendations for food and attractions, and every single staff member I encountered was friendly and enthusiastic. The location is also excellent, with plenty of good food nearby. K11, the Art Museum, and the Science Museum are just a few minutes' walk away. I was rushing for an early flight when checking out and forgot to properly check out. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Hong Kong."

The warm tones are complemented by refined Asian-inspired decor with floor-to-ceiling windows offering captivating views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. The hotel’s award-winning restaurants flawlessly characterise Hong Kong’s culinary melting pot with eclectic cuisine from classic Italian to exquisite Cantonese delicacies.“Guestrooms are for accommodation purpose only (except designated room packages). The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings for non-accommodation purposes, including wedding parties and events.”

"The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a view of Victoria Harbour from the window. The cleanliness was excellent; the staff always asked if we wanted our room cleaned daily. Although the facilities are a bit old, they feel sturdy and reliable, making for a reassuring stay. The breakfast variety didn't change much, but there were plenty of options, including Indian, Japanese, and Halal dishes. There was even a dedicated breakfast area for kids, and their pancakes were absolutely delicious! The juice was freshly squeezed, and the fruit station consistently offered pineapple, watermelon, apples, bananas, and cantaloupe. The lobby staff were amazing. We arrived at the hotel at 8 AM, and luckily, a room was ready, so they immediately checked us in. As a family traveling with seniors and children, we were incredibly grateful for this. The lobby staff also proactively gave out little gifts to the children—a small Shangri-La themed bag containing crayons, stickers, and a fan for coloring. They even gave us two toy cars. We really appreciate it! On the downside, I did get some bites, possibly from dust mites or fleas, leaving red bumps all over my legs. I understand that the seaside location can be humid, and with the windows closed, ventilation is limited. Even the disinfectant spray I brought didn't help. I just had to apply more anti-inflammatory cream."

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is truly a top choice for a vacation! The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, boasting unparalleled, breathtaking sea views (a perfect 10/10!). The staff service is also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making you feel right at home. The room comfort is excellent, and the facilities are very new and clean. The biggest surprise was the pool, which is practically a mini water park with two large slides – the kids didn't want to leave! The infinity pool perfectly blends with the beautiful ocean and sky, creating a truly unforgettable experience for both adults and children. It's definitely worth a stay!

A perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, a real luxury given its prime location in Central. Hong Kong Park is right downstairs, perfect for an evening stroll to catch the sunset, which was incredibly pleasant. What truly stood out was the Executive Lounge access; they offered meals and snacks throughout the day that were practically full meals themselves. For someone with a busy schedule, this provided a dining experience far superior to eating at home – I was incredibly impressed! The exquisite breakfast at Café on the 56th floor and the drinks, snacks, soups, salads, dim sum, and dishes at the 7th-floor lounge were all so refined and thoughtful. Not to mention the grand and abundant breakfast, which was the perfect start to my relaxed, leisurely time after a demanding work period. Thank you, I will definitely be back.

Perfect score, 100/100! The service was incredibly warm, and the design of the lobby, restaurant, pool, and guest rooms all exuded exceptional quality. I've stayed at four W hotels – Xiamen and Changsha (no views), and Shanghai and Hong Kong (with views) – and the Hong Kong W offered the best overall experience. We checked in upstairs, and after registering my Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite membership, the duty manager arranged for us to stay in a Fantastic Suite, for which I'm extremely grateful. The experience was truly superb. The evening turndown service included chocolates and bottled water. The buffet breakfast met W's signature standard of quality. While I personally felt the variety wasn't as extensive as the Changsha W, the quality was definitely on point. The excellent service from the concierge, front desk, and even the housekeeping staff left a deep impression on me. The sky pool and the gym's elevated sea views were an absolute treat. Whether in the living room, bedroom, or bathroom, the unobstructed sea views were constantly with us – a marvelous feeling that words can hardly describe.

Regal Airport Hotel

The hotel's location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the T1 check-in counter, which was ideal for our early morning flight. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and very well-equipped. The room was spacious, much larger than typical airport hotel rooms. However, the facilities are a bit dated; the mini-fridge in our room was broken. The bathroom was just okay, with an older toilet and average waterproofing/non-slip features, so extra caution is needed if you're traveling with children or pregnant individuals. Despite these points, the overall value for money is quite good. Service, however, needs improvement. I particularly want to highlight the receptionist at the ground floor breakfast area. We had an international flight at 9 AM and went down for breakfast promptly at 6:30 AM. My child had just woken up and had no appetite at all, but we were very pressed for time and couldn't wait for them to feel better. So, we asked the receptionist if we could pack a small amount of food for our child to take to the airport – literally just a piece of bread and an egg. The receptionist's attitude was incredibly unfriendly, and she very sternly refused my request, acting extremely condescending. I believe that even if there's a hotel policy against taking food out, as a representative of the hotel, you can refuse, but please maintain basic politeness and professionalism. It's one thing not to be sympathetic, but a cold attitude really damages the hotel's overall image and our impression of Hong Kong.

Had a fantastic stay! Joey was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging a wonderful room for us and even surprising the kids with gifts. We were lucky enough to catch the drone show right from our room when we checked in, which made the kids incredibly happy. The room also had a great view. The manager with glasses at breakfast was so welcoming and enthusiastic; he seated us at a perfect spot and even had the chef prepare salmon rice for us. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Hong Kong!
