"The environment was great! We chose a sea-view room and the view was absolutely stunning. We also received complimentary welcome fruit, though it was a bit basic. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby. K11 shopping mall is just about a 7-minute walk away, and there's a delicious Thai restaurant right next to the hotel. As for hygiene, the room was very clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors. Regarding service, the room service was quite good. However, the first front desk staff member who assisted me during check-in had a very condescending attitude. I was polite and humble with my inquiries, especially since I wasn't on the mainland, but she was extremely impatient. 🙃"

"This time, I didn't plan ahead. My return trip was suddenly delayed, and I needed to switch hotels last minute, so I just booked one nearby. I was genuinely amazed by this place! For around 1100, the room was incredibly spacious, completely unlike the 'every inch of land is precious' small rooms I always hear about. It had two bathrooms, a huge bed, two TVs, and a large bathtub with a separate shower. The amenities were also super comprehensive, including a universal adapter and complimentary bottled water in the room. I truly recommend room 1042! They also have all the disposable items for children, which you can ask for at the front desk. Highly recommended! It's also quite close to the MTR station. Just across the road is Kowloon Park, which is definitely worth a visit. Miramar Place is diagonally opposite, as well as Muji, and there's a Don Quijote import supermarket downstairs. Highly, highly recommend!"

It takes ten minutes to get to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui. A public outdoor field for basketball is also right next to the hotel.

"I was quite satisfied personally; the service was pretty good, and it was clean. But why do we have to wait until 3 PM for check-in? I arrived at 12 PM, and they said the room wasn't ready, so I had to store my luggage and go out. When I came back at 2:30 PM, they still said it had to be 3 PM, not a minute sooner. It was really hot, and I was all sweaty, but the lobby was freezing. Waiting there was very uncomfortable. I hope they can improve this and be a bit more flexible. I didn't feel much difference in treatment between speaking Mandarin, a foreign language, or Cantonese, which was good. Maybe it was because I was mixing languages when I spoke."

My family and I recently enjoyed a local staycation at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, and the overall experience was absolutely perfect – it definitely deserves a five-star rating! As local guests, we felt an incredible sense of relaxation, as if we had instantly escaped abroad, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel's location, nestled between mountains and the sea, offers expansive and breathtaking ocean views that are truly refreshing. The cleanliness was impeccable; both our room and the public areas were spotless, which brought great peace of mind, especially traveling with young children. The hotel boasts an impressive array of facilities. The infinity pool is perfect for those Instagram-worthy shots, and the dedicated children's play areas kept our kids thoroughly entertained, making it a true family vacation paradise. The service, however, was the highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to the needs of local families, making us feel genuinely cared for. All in all, to enjoy such a high-quality resort experience without needing to fly is remarkable. Both the hardware and software aspects of this hotel are flawless. It was a delightful family staycation, and we will absolutely be visiting again. Highly recommended for all local families looking for a relaxing getaway!

A perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

Regal Airport Hotel

Hotel with perfect location (all the nearby 4 / 5 star chains should be jealous) - direct access access to the airport without the shuttle is the main benefit, but which stuck in the last century, amenity-wise - there's a fax line connector, readily available for the travellers carrying fax machine with them on the trips , but hardly a single USB port, which together with the absence of a single international charger port or adapter in the room makes life of the traveller somewhat miserable. Interior and iron/ironing board add up to nostalgic vibes of the prime HK days. Last time I've stayed here good 12 years ago and nothing seems to change since, despite the mentioned renovation. Another small detail: probably, it's the most expensive room service burger I've tried (and I've tried a lot) - yeah, it's an airport hotel, and customers don't have any options, but should the food combine both airport and hotels surchages, that's the question🤣 (burger was good, btw).

I was quite worried after reading some reviews before my trip, but all my concerns vanished the moment I arrived! As soon as we got to the hotel entrance, even with a crowd, two bellhops immediately came over to help with our luggage and enthusiastically guided us to the front desk for check-in. The front desk staff, ANGUS, was incredibly helpful and patient, managing to switch us to a room type I was happy with, even though rooms were scarce – I was really touched by his service! During our four-day stay, we only experienced the warmest, most welcoming service. For Hong Kong, where space is a premium, the room size was more than comfortable for two people! I would definitely come back again if I have the chance!

I stayed in a Club Deluxe Victoria Harbour Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. As soon as I entered the lobby on the 9th floor, a staff member took my luggage and escorted me to the 103rd floor. Since I had club lounge access, I was then guided up to the 116th floor. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge on the 116th floor while checking in. My luggage had already been delivered to my room. The club lounge offers five meal services: breakfast from 7:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM, afternoon tea from 3:00 PM, evening cocktails from 6:00 PM, and desserts from 8:30 PM. All the dishes served were authentic and delicious. The carpet on the floor was plush, dampening any noise, so the hallways were very quiet. I had booked the Victoria Harbour Room this time. The room was 51 square meters and featured a king-size bed, a sturdy desk, and a single-person sofa with an ottoman. In addition to the toilet and shower room, there was also a bathtub with a TV. The double vanity sinks were a nice touch, allowing two people to use them simultaneously. The room offered views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. I could clearly watch the Symphony of Lights from my room as well. On the 118th floor, there's a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. The view from the top floor of the building while swimming was breathtaking. After using the pool and having dinner, when I returned to my room, I found slippers placed by the bed. A large, pristine white rug was laid in front of the vanity, which was lovely as I could walk barefoot. It was also convenient to walk across this rug between the bathtub and the shower room. I stayed on my birthday, and I had informed the hotel in advance. They provided wonderful hospitality, including a complimentary cake and a birthday display in the room. I highly recommend staying here for special occasions.
