Jiuhua Mountain Zouyuan Zen Temple is a key monastery in China. Along with Ganlu Temple, Centenary Palace and Dongyan Zen Forest, it is called the four major Zen forests in Jiuhua Mountain. Zouyuan Temple was built in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. It has been rebuilt, increased, reduced and expanded many times. It has become the only palace-style temple in Jiuhua Mountain and the crown of Jiuhua Mountain Temple. There are still more than 100 statues of Bodhisattva in Zouyuan Temple, which has become a rare Buddhist relic and is worth seeing.
