A century-old bun shop. At noon, my classmates invited me to dinner. We settled in Zhangbaopu in the Chinese Baroque block of Daowai District. This store is at the intersection of Nanerdao Street and Nanxun Street. When I entered the store, I felt the hot atmosphere. The lobby was already full of guests. The classmates ordered two dishes: pot-wrapped meat and sand liver, which were good. I asked for six buns, two of the three fillings, and the taste was very delicious.

Zhang Baopu is on the edge of the old Daokou Baroque block. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I saw that there were people. I just arrived at 12 o'clock and I had to take the number. Fortunately, it has two floors and it is faster, so it can be my turn. Their buns must start at six, but they can order two flat pies in one taste. I ordered the signature ribs, shrimp and tofu stuffing. In addition, I ordered a hot dish with cumin lamb cheekbones and drank a bowl of red bean porridge. The scorpion of the sheep is the first to come up, a little sweet and spicy taste, is the crispy bone on the sheep scorpion fried. It is actually delicious but the portion is too big! I am a person, the bowl of red bean porridge after drinking is actually half full, and then I ate 2 packs, ribs and shrimp. Taste? I should say it is very good, but too much is really panic, and then I packed these into my afternoon tea dinner and supper. Tofu bag is also delicious!

Zhang Baopu is a time-honored bun shop, the traffic is very convenient, the service is too general, more scattered! There are two floors of space in the store, the first floor is spacious and clean, the furnishings are elegant, the kitchen of the Ming stall can see the process of the masters making buns, and there is a private room on the second floor. Signature rib buns, shrimp fresh meat, three fresh meat, cucumber fresh shrimp, tofu buns and so on. Six buns are sold, and two fillings are made each. The skin is thin and large, and the rib buns are recommended to be famous and delicious. The large ribs can be seen, fragrant and not greasy. Three fresh meat and shrimp fresh meat are very similar, the taste is similar, the meat filling is delicate and juicy, and the cucumber shrimp filling is fresh and refreshing. Dutch cardamom slices and hemp peel are quite satisfactory.
