Zakkushi Dining on Main Review

A Japanese-style izakaya, the skewers taste very good, I think the salmon head tastes OK, and the price is affordable, foreigners generally do not eat this, the taste of beer is a bit light.

It’s okay on weekdays or weekends, but the restaurant is busy in summer. Here you can buy cheap sushi and seaweed salads, and my favorite is their healthy fish liver, which is better than anywhere else I’ve tried.

Although the food price is high, it is very good. The mashed potato bag we ordered contains pork, beef tongue, chicken heart and scallops, and a plate of various items with meatballs and pork slices, of which my favorite is beef tongue. In addition, we had tofu fish cakes, boiled eggs and radishes.

Recommended to come with friends, everything is so good. We ordered 15 different strings and a dessert, the ingredients were very good, the cream was very fresh, and the sauce was green, it tasted very spicy, but it tasted good. Very authentic Japanese skewers, we quickly finished all the skewers.

Although there are vegetarian dishes, I think it is more suitable for meat eaters. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, which makes people feel particularly relaxed and pleasant. The restaurant is very Japanese, reminding me of the izakaya in Japan, which is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Vancouver.

I always liked their black sesame ice cream with raspberry sauce, and the food was as delicious as ever. I especially liked the consistency of their service with the food and hope the service will get better and better. I love their mashed potato skewers, all the salad dressings are impressive, and the sashimi is super fresh!
