Yunyang Longgang Scenic Area is a national five-A-level scenic spot, a national geological park, called the last "Shangri-La" of the Yangtze River Three Gorges by travelers, and known as the "Xiaohua Mountain" of Chongqing by outdoor enthusiasts. Longgang Scenic Area integrates Tiankeng, canyons, caves, alpine pastures, forests, and Tujia style. The main attraction is 335 meters deep in the Longtan Tiankeng, ranking third in the country and fifth in the world. The wall of the Longtan Tiankeng is arched from a cliff and the tilt is nearly 90 degrees. This straight up and down form is extremely rare in the world and enjoys the reputation of "the first cylinder in the world".
