The Jade Belt Bridge Mosque is less than 1 km away from the Dongguan Mosque. It was built in the Ming and Hongwu years (about 1530). It was rebuilt in 1933 and was named "Jade Belt Bridge Mosque" because of the Jade Belt Bridge adjacent to the Wayaogou. Now the mosque has become the second largest mosque courtyard after the prestigious Dongguan Mosque. The style of the rebuilt mosque hall is a Sino-Arab fusion building. The two-story hall is spacious and bright. The worship hall is majestic and solemn, and can accommodate about 5,000 Muslims at the same time.
