Yin Jichang Sculpture Park Review

The Sculpture Park is located in Xijiao Park, Fengyuting Community, Nanyuan Street, Liwan District. It is the first personal sculpture park in Guangzhou. It was originally the former site of the Xijiao Coal Mine in Guangzhou. In 2004, Liwan District converted it into an ecological park covering an area of 31180 square meters.

A small park, a abandoned railway, close to Nanhai Middle School, about two or three minutes walk from Exit C of the West Field Metro! There are sculptures from various periods of Master Yuan! Walk slowly for about ten minutes!

The big stone at the entrance of Xijiao Ecological Park has a lettering: Yuan Jichang Sculpture Park. You may not know Yuan Jichang, but you must know the Wuyang Stone statue in Yuexiu Park, the Liberation Guangzhou Memorial in Haizhu Square, the Guangzhou Uprising Monument in Guangzhou Martyrs' Cemetery, and the Sun Yat-sen statue in Zhongshan Memorial Hall. These are the masterpieces of Yuan Jichang, and the standard drafts are concentrated here. The standard drafts are scaled down and colored in bronze compared to the works we know.
