Alxa Museum (Alxa Palace) is located on the north side of Wangfu Street, Old Town, Bayanhot Town, Alxa Zuoqi, Alxa League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It was built in the Qing Dynasty (1732), and is the official office and residence of the Alxa Banner King. The Alxa Palace was greatly damaged in the Cultural Revolution and the house has been renovated in recent years. In 1997, the Alxa Palace was renamed the Alxa Museum. The soft style of the gray tile roof was retained when it was restored, and the sculptures and paintings in the courtyard and the twists and turns of the corridors were also vaguely discernible.
