Yinpenling Bridge is located in the north of Changsha City, formerly known as "Xiangjiang Second Bridge" and "North Bridge". It was opened to traffic on January 30, 1991. It is the second large-scale bridge in Changsha to communicate with both sides of the Xiangjiang River, about 3.5 kilometers away from the Xiangjiang River. The main bridge structure is a single-tower cable-stayed bridge with a total length of 3616 meters and a span of 1025 meters. It is the largest single-tower cable-stayed bridge with a span in China.
