Vienna Plaza Review

Average afternoon teaRadisson Blu Corniche (formally the Hilton) / Vienna Plaza.This is quite a common groupon at the minute and for 59 dirhams you can’t really complain.The start was a little bit rocky - as in I could see our table but no staff were present or turned up for at least 20 minutes after my booking. When they finally arrived they were quite attentive.Now the afternoon tea is by no means a high tea or comparable to some of the afternoon teas I have had before. However this being said the sandwiches were tasty (even though we had 4 to share, normally would have a set each from all my afternoon tea experiences). The desserts were pleasant but the scones were a complete disappointment - more like a cookie than anything!It was definitely a ‘light’ bite for two, but I was there to catch up with a friend and so the location was great but the food only average.
