It was the government office of the Medici family. The Italian language of the government office is Ufizi, so it is called the Ufizi Museum. The collection is famous for its 2,500 works, representing the European Renaissance and other paintings, as well as sculptures from ancient Greece and Rome. The gallery is divided into two and three floors. The second floor is the exhibition room for sketches and prints by Leonard, Michelangelo and others. The third floor is the Painting Hall. The treasures of the town hall are: Bonisena's Virgin and Son, Mardini's Saints, Botticelli's Birth of Venus and Spring.
