Tornqvist Review

Currently, the store uses two boutique coffee brands: La Cabra from Denmark and Drop Coffee from Sweden. All the coffees ordered chose Drop Coffee beans, a barista introduced La Cabra this batch was baked a week ago, now do shoot (similar to Italian condensation) if the acidity will be too high, and Drop Coffee is this year's Swedish coffee baking competition winner, originally wanted to try. The coffee variety in the store is also very MINIMAL, a total of 3: flat white, hand brew and shot. - Shot: Similar to espresso, but the difference is that there is no layer of crema dense foam on it. This reminds me of the one I drank in Koha Democratic Coffee. It is a sour wind, very special flavor (kiwi fruit, apricots and chocolate milk). - Hand Brew: Compared with the shot, the hand flush is much milder overall, and the alcohol thickness is very good. - Flat White: The shot flavor itself is very heavy, and it is much neutralized after adding milk. There are also cakes and a few simple meals in the store. The model on the day is walnut crumble cake, the sweetness is not high, and it is very suitable for hand flushing/flat white. The price is written at a glance on the wall , flat white 3.8 Europe, hand flush 4.5 Europe, shot 2.8 Europe.
