Tianya Pavilion is in the People's Park of Qinzhou Town, Qinzhou City. It is passed as the construction of Zhizhou Tao Yu during the Northern Song Dynasty (1041-1048). In Qindi, the south is facing the ocean, and the west is connecting the toes (now Vietnam), and it goes to Beijing Shi Wanli.
