The cafeteria of the Supreme court needs to be remodel and it needs a better menu. The food is served in warmers and it doesn't feel fresh. the ambiance is boring but the prices are fair

5/5Outstanding
I wasn't planning on eating lunch here, but when I checked the menu out, I decided to stay and enjoy. The selection of food is wonderful, from snacks, fresh fruit, sandwiches, regular meals, soup and salads, all done cafeteria style. I had the chicken and dumpling soup, which was a bit watery, but I just loaded up on the chicken and dumplings instead, and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you're lucky, you may get a glimpse of a Supreme Court Justice coming in for a quick lunch like I did!

1/5Terrible
This cafeteria is very busy as there are no other eateries nearby; however, I would suggest walking 20 minutes to Union Station's food court which has great choices. I had a turkey sandwich and the bread was so dry not eve extra mayo helped. The turkey was not tasty either. The best part was the pickle. My husband had a ham and cheese and had the same dry bread. The sandwiches were $7.95 plus tax and came with nothing.
