The East Chinese Restaurant Review

Located in the Sydney Opera House, about a kilometer away, there is a Chinese restaurant, this store is called the east Chinese restaurant, after we watched the performance, we went there for dinner.

The East never fails! Always superb food. Welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Lovely ambiance with view of the harbour.

We’ve been dining here for some years principally as a couple. This time it was a party of nine, pre-theatre, and they handled it wonderfully. Outstanding service, prompt delivery and excellent food. We ordered a banquet for 8 and one vegan meal and if anything, the quantities were slightly too much, but everyone was satisfied. Highly recommended.

Our favourite place for lunch or dinner. Sensational Chinese cuisine, impeccable service, unparalleled location. The best 3 cup chicken in the world!

took an overseas guest on a Monday night. Was a little disappointed that the restaurant closed at 9pm (was advised this on arrival, so no surprise there). Staff did not approach us until 9.15, many thanks.

Our favourite city restaurant. The staff are just the best - Stephen, Herman, 007 and the food so consistently delicious after over 20+ years of dining here. The location is just an added bonus.
